Basic hotel. Clean beds, good bathroom and a functioning AC.

This is a basic clean hotel downtown. Area of eugene, the only the thing I was wishing was a bigger air conditioning unit. And the two hundred dollar security deposit, it was higher than I have ever paid for even a national chain. It is two hundred dollars no negotiation

This was such a great stay! The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful, she even upgraded us to a king bed when we checked in. The room was impeccably clean, and everything was well-maintained. The area is walkable and felt safe.

Our room was immaculate. The management was friendly and helpful. The motel is located a quick 15-minute walk from downtown Eugene, close to Hult Center, fifth Street Market, the fabulous Eugene Saturday Market, restaurants, Skinners Butte Park, and library. We loved our stay.

Very neat and clean hotel

The room was spotless. The location worked well for our travels. We were surprised that there was nothing offered in the way of breakfast. And there was no coffee available in the room or in the lobby. The manager gave us a vague excuse about the city of Eugene being difficult to work with in regards to offering even coffee.

Neighborhood had a lot of homeless people.

Location was near everything. Probably the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. Plus they don’t use strong cleaning chemicals or perfumes. Staff was very nice! N/a

We had to leave early. And no mention about breakfast on premises
