Campbell House Inn

The Campbell is so charming and the grounds are so pretty. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there was parking on property.

Really appreciated the hospitality, welcome wine, and great breakfast. Clean and spacious room (Shiela) and excellent access to paved trails and parks along the river, as well as downtown restaurants and shopping. Also liked the neighborhood turkey.

I had to be in Eugene for business for an overnight. My usual choices were priced ridiculously high, so I saw this property. The smaller queen sized room was in my personal budget, so I decided what the heck. I was SO glad I did! Making the turn into the property was a bit of a challenge, but once I figured it out it was all good. The grounds are meticulously manicured. Check in was very cordial. I learned my booked room had a broken AC that was being fixed, so they upgraded me to a MUCH larger room! You also get a complimentary glass of wine as well. I took time to sit out in their lush grounds, have my wine and watch a family of wild turkeys stroll right by me-babies and all. It was surreal. The room was fabulous-comfortable and spacious. Breakfast in the morning is a REAL sit down breakfast, with two choices plus a scone and fruit. I am fan, and will definitely return on future trips.

I love staying here. The staff is so very friendly, the garden is beautiful, and it is in a great location. I’d live there if I could!

The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working at all. The staff seemed to be aware and offered an extra fan. It was 98 degrees so really uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

The property was beautiful, well maintained with cozy suites. The included breakfast was delicious. The property is located within walking distance of the downtown area for easy shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful extras. Complementary wine or beer in the evening and individually prepared breakfasts in the morning. Close to downtown. Highly recommend!

Staff great and facility beautiful landscaped.

The location could not be better, close to restaurants, breweries, bicycles to rent. Bed very comfortable, breakfast taste and prepared upon request. I would say that the only think that annoyed me was the train horn that was very loud, I have light sleep and I woke up at least 6 times during the night with the horn. Just a heads up for folks with noise sensitivity.

This property was well maintained. We got a free upgrade and a complimentary wine which were not expected. The breakfast was excellent as well. I would recommend it.

Clean and tidy. Excellent staff. Breakfast was fabulous with both a sweet or savory option. I will gladly seek out a room at Campbell House the next time I stay in Eugene. Thank-you staff!
