Dirty matress, stained sheets, hair on the towels, smells like pee, ant in the shower.

Great staff and clean rooms!

Advertised as “dog friendly”, but I’d say it’s more “dog available”. They have a place for dogs to go their business, but it’s very small, open , and in the middle of the parking lot which was ALWAYS busy with human and vehicle traffic despite the place being half full the night we were there. A for effort on their part, but C for execution. Our dog would simply not do its business there.

Great service. Thought the room was about as good as a lot of four star hotels, until there was no hot water for my shower. I am confident that was fixed before another guest was booked into that room.

Needed a clean place to sleep and shower within easy walking distance of the University of Oregon track complex. This place met the requirements. Morning breakfast and free parking in wide slots were huge pluses, although the high weekend rates were surprising considering this wasn't an upscale hotel. But we got what we expected. Will return next year to see our grandson run again in the Nike Invitational. Thank you.

Great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed our time there. Planning to stay there again next year.

It was very close to the bike path & quick access to the graduation & I could park my car there while I attended graduation without having to drive to it. Perfect location for graduation & shopping

Breakfast was excellent and location was convenient for our purpose. The gross overprice for these accommodations. I've stayed in other motels with much better accommodations and for a much lower cost per night. It appears you took advantage of the graduation weekend.

great location for participation at Hayward Field

Although the front desk staff were perfect, our room was far from it. It smelled awful of must, mold and unsavory odors. After a late check in, and no time to move to another room, We had to leave the windows open all night to air it out. That didn’t work. The next morning, I asked to change rooms, but none were available. I would have changed hotels, but it was U of O graduation day, and none were available.

A lot of ants on the bed, side table, floor, and bathroom. Kinda moldy smelling. They said they couldn’t move us to another room and couldn’t give us a discount because we booked on Expedia.
