Old, not well kept room. Uncomfortable bed, sofa sleeper was ok (per the teenagers) minimal breakfast choices. I would not stay here again

Excellent location.

We were told we could talk to the manager, which we were willing to do but this was on a Saturday and the manager would not be there until Monday.

If you are staying for NON, this hotel is pretty close to Hayward—less than 1/2 mile walk with sidewalks. Grocery store close. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The bathroom was quite small.

Great front desk employees were great, rooms were mostly clean but needed cleaned better.

The room was clean and affordable and staff was very nice. The only issue I had was I don’t think it’s very well insulated, I didn’t get much sleep as the upstairs neighbor felt it necessary to STOMP all over, all night long.

Close to Hayward Field. The hotel is old and showing age I many areas. Furniture, plumbing, etc but room was clean and sufficient for what we needed.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Overall we were happy with our stay. It was centrally located to the university and my husband was excited about that. The bed was OK, though I think it was a double and not a queen. But I would stay there again if needed

Great location for the track stadium. Older hotel with lots around it.

Stayed here while attending track meet. Location 5/5, easy walk to stadium. Room was meh; cracked caulk in bathroom, drab paint and upholstery. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Came to Eugene to move my daughter home from UO. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and personable when I checked in. My room was not ready until 230pm but he went ahead and checked me into the room so I would not have to come back to the front desk again. He knew my purpose so gave us a room on the first floor. The room was clean and spacious with two queen beds. Only issue with the stay was the noise level between rooms. Great location walkable to the dorms. For the price, I would stay happily stay here again.

The room was large and clean, though it did have a slight ammonia scent. The parking area is more secure than most hotels in Eugene, and we felt comfortable leaving our bicycles on the rack. (They were locked to the rack, but we have friends whose bikes have been cut off their racks in other Eugene hotel parking lots.)

Manager was great and very helpful! Awesome location close to campus but it’s an older motel so don’t set expectations too high. I would stay here again for future business trips.

Closeness to the University of Oregon (walking distance).

One step above sleeping in your car. I was told I was getting a room with a kingsize bed and got a fullsize bed with a very very old mattress. Room was way in the back by some noisy ongoing motors, outside lights all night and a 2am wake with garbage pick up. Two lights in room did not work. Amenities were very very lacking. Breakfast was inedible to include old boiled eggs and unhealthy bread options. Prices were outrageously priced at almost $300 a night for a $50 room.
