Pet friendly although not a lot of walkable outdoor space. Nice to have a mini kitchen to prepare simple meals.

The room and hotel were very clean. The bed was on the firmer side. I wish it was a bit softer. The front desk worker was extremely nice and helpful. There is laundry available and even a laundry basket in the room to use. Super convenient if you are staying for a period of time. I would absolutely stay here again.

Love Eugene and our room with a view of the river was great respite on our Roadtrip.

The air conditioner worked great in the room, which was nice mid summer. The only issue which was annoying was our bathroom sink faucet. It worked, but it sprayed like a fire hydrant and splashed all over the counter. I pretty much turned it on really quick for what I needed, and turned it off so I wouldn’t get my clothes wet also. Overall it was great and I would stay there again.

Location, friendly staff, plenty of parking, nice workout room, nice little kitchen with full sized fridge. No hot tub or pool

We showed up at check in and they gave our room away to some one else! Do not go here for a concert they will screw you over! We drove 3 hours to get told they gave our room away and we had to drive back home after the concert!

I only gave 3 stars, because of not feeling safe (our vehicle & bikes) because of the homeless doing drugs out on the street and walking through the hotel parking lot. No parking security. We checked out 4 days early out of our 5 day trip

When we reached Eugene, we were informed that we couldn't stay at this hotel and had to move to another place that reeked of cigarettes and was extremely unclean. Very disappointed!!!! Service was terrible and I was over charged.

Lots of space in room. Staff very friendly. It is very convenient to have that snack area downstairs for purchase.

Loved the free coffee with a variety of creamers. The purchase pantry was also well stocked. We used the gym and it was clean and well maintained. Great supply of cooking ware in the rooms

Clean room, well equipped kitchen, helpful staff. The location was quiet and convenient. We only stayed one night. I think it is better for longer stays. While there was some food and snacks available, I prefer a fresh hot breakfast. I did find a great breakfast place called “Lovely” a few minutes away.

Clean, quiet property. So conveniently located - very close to University of Oregon and restaurants. Quick access from freeway. Fully equipped kitchen, clean rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, free morning coffee nice touch. Kind and knowledgeable/helpful staff! Everytime I visit Eugene, I always stay here!

I did not use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything I would need. The rooms were roomy and I liked all the desk space.
