Motel 6 Eugene, OR - South Springfield

The fridge had some mildew in it, but someone came & cleaned it right away

Staff was great. Room was not ideal. Super small and the beds were not great

The staff is always super super nice! I’ve stayed here a few times. The only thing I wish is that there was a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Idk if they all don’t have it but the 2 times I’ve stayed here in different rooms i haven’t had one. It doesn’t look the best from the outside but it’s clean and does the job

Had bugs and could hear the cars driving by. CRAZY this was $400 a night!!!!

When we opened the fridge, we were greeted with a pungent smell and mold growing all over the inside. The smell of animal urine and smoke made it hard to breathe and we could not open the window because it was locked shut. The cords from the tv were all ripped out and hanging down the wall. Luckily, we brought our own beach towels and used those to clean up with because the towels provided were damp and stained. The worst part is I reached out to management, but never heard back.

The managers, both daytime and nighttime, were great. They were both fully committed. But what about maintenance? They could not repair the slow-draining shower.

Freeway noise is very loud inside the room

room not clean, hairs in shower, flies on table, musty smell, there for two nights-no linen change after first night. Very overpriced! Next time I will sleep in my car.

Convenient right off the freeway Smelled bad outside my room. The shared door to the next room was left unlocked ( I didn’t think to check it) and neighbor opened door a 10:00pm. Paid $220 (granted it was last minute) for a room that should have been $100 or less. Would not return.

Floors dirty Smell terrible Will never ever stay again . Dennys next store walking distance across parking lot . Good food Air conditioner broken. Lock on door not work.

Room wasn't clean. I spoke to the night clerk for 2 nights in the row about have bugs and mosquitoes in my room. One actual told me that I couldn't move at night because house keepers were not there to clean the room so they could rent it. Thry were more worried about my health and safety. Also room door was messed up

Pretty gross in general. Would not stay there again. I don’t know how it compares to other motel6 properties.

The service was great, the people there were very helpful in navigating me and assisting with issues I had. Unfortunately it was overall poorly maintained and quite dirty, I understand the price but it simply was unacceptable and had to wipe down the place myself. I did not expect lavish I simply just wanted a clean place when I arrived.

It was one night, not bad for a Motel 6. Great location, near a 24 hour Denny,s and a nice gas station convenience store. Stairs, musty but clean. By the byway so it was really loud in the morning.

Everything needs a good cleaning outside. Dirt and cigarette butts everywhere. Room to small for 2 beds. Bed up against a/c and other bed against the wall.

It was somewhat clean. They had parking. There is a Denny's restaurant next door. They didn't have the room we booked. Showers are tiny. The people next store were loud .

Locations Could have had a better set up

You personally have to keep reconnecting their smart TV to their internet, and the wifi service is a joke. Drops if you are at the end of the building. The pool was filthy, and cold. the second day we went there were no pool towels where there had been the day before. We were told we couldn't charge our car even though there are no signs or policies saying you can't charge your electric vehicle, then they lied and said there was a charger available next door. There is not. The last night at 1am we were awaken to some random druggie/possible guest, banging on our door talking about hearing a crying baby. Hotel staff did nothing. Freaked us out we checked out a day early. Lastly.... FLEAS!!!!!! I personally killed 3 fleas. And my husband was bit all over his ankles and legs. Disgusting.
