Hayward Inn

A very tasteful and contemporary lobby. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and very clean. The included breakfast was a bit better than most, but not exceptional in any way.

The hotel is very clean and new. Front desk staff was awesome and kids enjoyed the pool. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, kids missed waffles since there were no option. Overall I would recommend it. Great staff and place.

One of the details we really appreciated was having nugget ice and filtered water conveniently available on our floor. It was a small touch, but very convenient and added to the overall experience. The breakfast was another highlight. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and well stocked, with a good variety of options. The dining area was clean and supplies were replenished regularly. The location was also very convenient for visiting the University of Oregon campus, making it easy to get to campus without having to drive. This was especially helpful for our visit and made the hotel a great choice for anyone traveling to Eugene for university-related activities. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The clean rooms, convenient amenities, fresh breakfast, and easy access to the University of Oregon made it an excellent choice for our trip.

Overall rooms were good. Room are in a different building than the main reception area. No elevators, no room service

Staff were all friendly from check in to the night manager since the toilet stopped flushing overnight...

Clean, comfortable and walking distance to UO. Perfect place to stay in if you’re visiting your student. Good breakfast and lovely happy hour. Loved all of it.

We had some issues with spotty WiFi in our room. But went to the lobby and WiFi was great.

I would have rated this lower if it had not been for the VERY good employees. We stayed here for 5 nights and the first 4 were in the Franklin building and it was not good. If they put you anywhere outside the main building I would try to cancel and stay elsewhere. The best part of the trip started as the worst. We arrived back to our room the last night and the AC units in the Franklin building draw from the neighbors patio area. Well our neighbor had smoked marijuana on their deck and our room stank like marijuana. The desk employee was extremely helpful and found a new room for us with no issue. I understand this wasn’t their fault and appreciate how accommodating they were. Pool and breakfast were both great as well.

Very spacious room. AC worked well. The walls are a little thin so we could hear people walking and even talking in the room above us. But otherwise very nice.

Loved the area and my room was amazing I loved every part of the hotel especially the pool! And I loved that they have good breakfast options (mind you I’m a picky eater so) and I loved that they have their own mini market in the lobby super cute! Definitely would come back!!

Its proximity to OU and free breakfast! The entryway was worn and run-down-looking, the breakfast was not fresh tasting

I was on a road trip and stayed at quite a few different hotels. This was one of my favorites and the price was amazing. The room was so spacious and clean, there was a mini fridge but no microwave unfortunately, however that wasn't the end of the world. I would absolutely stay here again.
