Hyatt Place Eugene / Oakway Center

We would stay again. Conveniently located and easy access. Being in Oakway Center gives good restaurant and shopping options too! Breakfast is a nice touch.

It was a very clean and amazing room with a very helpful staff. The breakfast had great options for vegetarians.

We arrived for our two night stay in the late evening and our room was not clean at all. There was a co tact lens on the table by the bed. Toe nails by the bathroom door and dried food bits on the desk area by the fridge. The carpet in the room was not vacuumed either. The shower had mold and mildew around the floor and door area. I would not expect that for a Hyatt property. I do not think I will stay at this property again and don't recommend a stay here unless you arrive early and inspect the room.

The breakfast options were above standard and the area was clean and well stocked.

Nice area to stay with an upscale shopping center next to it. Excellent breakfast buffet.

We stayed 2 nights. We had higher floor double beds room with a sofa bed for 5 people. For some reasons, on both days, there were only 4 sets of towel instead of 5. Another issue was the beds, they were too soft that wouldn’t support our back.

Everything was great 👍. The whole family had a great time staying here.

I didn’t like that the tv only worked if I streamed from the phone and also didn’t care for the shower. It was a shower wand located mid wall.

Beautiful property, but we had a dirty shower. They cleaned it and comped us a day for the problem.

We are pass by and feel great about our stay. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast.

We stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights, arriving after midnight. The front desk attendant was there to greet us and was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, although already a little picked over with still one hour left. The gym was also nice, with plenty of machines and weights. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

The carpet is old, which making the smell of the room not good enough

Stay here only for one night while driving down to California. Room is spacious and clean. Location is good. This is our second time staying with this hotel already. Staff is friendly. Everything is good!

Everything was as expected

Very centrally located to shopping and nearby restaurants really love the Thai place downstairs. Sky bar was cool too! Didn’t eat breakfast, but the buffet seemed very generous and creative noticed a little dust on top of the ice bucket… other than that everything was great!
