This isn't a “high class” hotel but I'd recommend it. The owners who just recently bought this hotel is very sweet! And has helped my husband through his extended stay! And it's close to downtown! They are slowly renovating as well!

The one ice machine did not work. The rooms and exterior were clean but dated. Had to ask each day for additional towels as we had three people staying. The staff was very nice and responsive to any concerns we had.

This is an older property however; our room was clean and good enough for our needs. Passion Play was a few minutes drive as well as restaurants and the historic Eureka Springs district. Definitely a great value for your money.

Extremely bad experience. Dirty room and smelly blankets plus old spring beds. In my room there were cracks on the ceiling feels like it is about to be collapsed. Very rude staff and don’t even smile at all. Owner works as staff so they treat their guests like tenants not as guest with respect. I would not stay here never again.
