Bally’s Evansville Casino & Hotel

Room should’ve been ready at 4:00 but wasn’t ready till 6:45

Didn't like the round about way of getting to the parking garage. At check in it was not explained to us how to get there. The elevator system was difficult to figure out. Could have used more directive signage.

Booked legends tower double bed, was informed at check-in that they moved us because they were full, I booked way in advance, room was available. So we were moved to the main building. My mom is 74 and has trouble walking up and down stairs and cannot do the escalators, that's why we always stay on legends side,because the elevator takes you straight to the casino floor. Also, looked like.a booger smeared across headboard, hairs all the bathroom shower and floor. Just an overall bad stay this trip.

Parking for legends tower could be improved.

We stayed at the Tower end, it was really nice. Easy access to the casino, clean and even had a river view.

Great value. Rooms are renovated. Some common areas have somewhere in tear but overall a great experience.

Very beautiful and large room. Clean and comfy. We stayed in tower 2 and it was quite and comfortable. Down the elevator and a few steps away from the casino. Nice little get away.

The staff was great and the room was immaculate! We stayed in the Legends tower at a GREAT price for the rooms. Conveniently located close to the casino floor with a few places to eat. The casino is a little small compared to other big casinos but still lots of fun. Highly recommend.

It smelled strongly of weed and hair was in the bed , pubic hair in the bathrooom floor Clean it !

Wallpaper pealing in the bathroom, grout yellow and mold. Carpet needs to be replaced, Entire place smells of smoke.

Room was very hot ac didn’t work much. It was too late to call and complain we just want to go to bed. So we dealt with it. Rm 503 hot

I'm beyond disgusted and outraged that after unpacking a tiny bug was in baggage. After confirming it was a bed bug from picture off the web. I immediately threw away anything replaceable and quickly bathed my service animal and discovered multiple tiny others! This has ruined my desire to stay in hotel again! Please do better

Stay at the Legends...wonderul all around

I do not like to complain, however when you asked for a late checkout and then housekeeping is knocking the door to let you know that checkout is at this time, while you’re still sleeping is very rude. I wasn’t happy about it.
