Andrea, the desk clerk, was very helpful, professional, and friendly.

Check in was easy. They tried to charge us $10 for the free parking lot. When confronted about that, the front staff said it's a new policy and hadn't been updated on the websites yet. We were refunded. Breakfast area was dirty with mud from several laborers that were at breakfast. Location was convenient to several restaurants and the riverfront park.

What a fabulous stay we had! I wish we went through Evansville more often just so we could stay here! The staff was so nice and accommodating, the location was wonderful, and the hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room was HUGE and there was so much room for storage and sleeping. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.

The rooms and everything on the entire property was immaculate. The staff were top notch! Wasn't the best breakfast. Our shower leaked out to the bathroom floor, and was difficult to regulate.

Staff, cleanliness and convenience. I’ve stay there 3 times is the last year and fire pit has been broke. Please get the thing back running. That’s the main reason we stay there.

Checking out the lady was not nice when she found out I used Expedia vs in-house to book I noticed a different attitude with person in front of me vs me when I checked out not very impressed

Close to the Ford Center Front Desk Customer Service when I checked in. Breakfast needs some work. There is not enough and hard to get your breakfast everything is spread out. Cleanliness lacking in shower and the room had an odor to the carpet. You could see where there was food between the sofa and the table. Smears on the TV and mirror.
