The garage being close was helpful, being so close to the ford center was also nice!

The closeness to the Ford Center and on site parking. The linens did appear to be clean. The room could’ve been cleaner. The sitting chair seemed to be covered in hair and other debris. The light fixtures on the bedside tables had grime buildup that easily came off. The shower had rust, and residue. It appeared that a corner shelf had either fallen off or been removed from the shower and there was still adhesive in the corner from that. There was also visible buildup in the corners in the bathroom.

The hotel system was done when we were about to check in. The staff could not give guests any helpful information or updates about the situation. The hotel lobby were full of guests waiting to check in. We waited until almost 7:30pm then they told us leave name and cancel the Reservation through booking.com. I still received late cancellation charges notice. The unprofessional staffs and they didn't know how to handle the situation like system down.

Inquired on 3rd day about cleaning of room - was told if you stay 3 days there is light cleaning until the 3rd day - light cleaning in our case meant - two new towels, no beds made, no trash emptied from previous two days, I said we were not communicated that this was the "policy" and I didn't get a discount when paying the price I did. There was no reflection of discount for first two days of light cleaning Restaurant was nice decor - but they were out of several items. The most disgusting thing was our server, was clearing table next too us. He stepped onto a piece of egg and cheese. He took a fork and flicked it off the bottom of his shoe and left it right there in the walkway next to the table. Didn't pick it up and clean it up. Hostess sat someone at the table and didn't pick it up or clean it up. Terrible! We won't be staying there again. We will try Drury's!!!!

There was trash on floor when we checked in. Dust on every inch of the room that was visible. we have to clean our allergies were awful. They also did not disclose that using the parking garage is $17.50 a day to use so just because you use the key card you do get charged

The room was dirty, especially carpet. Did not feel the same as other stays in other Hiltons. Flat affect everywhere. The location was the only plus. Breakfast inclusion will be a better option for people traveling with time constraints. Could be much better. Also, pool was not available and we were not notified to make our decision to stay there, since it was the only attraction that could have made a difference. This time I was NOT impressed. Above

The overall cleanliness was not up to par for a Doubletree hotel. It was not filthy, but it was not good. The stairs and elevators were not nice. My room was ok, but far below expectation for the brand. The staff was very courteous and efficient.
