The owner Haimy was more than accommodating. The room was spectacular with a fireplace. Very Romantic. Enjoyed Thoroughly.

The area around the Inn is amazing. Parking limited only 5 spaces. The room looked run down, dirty toilet brush, badly stained paint around the bathroom door framing, heater didn't work. For $650 a night with no breakfast included, beware this is not a B and B breakfast costs extra so it's a BWB bed without breakfast. No vanity products or tea/coffee in the room. Would not recommend staying here, poor value for money.

We loved this Inn. Everything about was immaculate, beautiful, and inviting!! And proximity to the lovely downtown was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place (built in 1809) with a lot of character and charm. Our room (the Squamscott Room) directly overlooked the Bandstand and one of the main streets (Water Street) in Exeter. Staff was truly outstanding (very knowledgeable of Exeter, NH area and history), and on-site restaurant (Ambrose Restaurant) had great food (small plates) as well as great cocktails. Would highly recommend this place to couples looking for a romantic getaway weekend. The staff also had two very sweet and well-behaved dogs (Cockapoos, named Clovis and Gigi) that often paid a visit to guests down in the common areas that added to the charm of the hotel.

Manager refused us check-in because I have a service dog (cardiac alert)! This was completely illegal and we will be filing an ADA complaint, as well as a grievance with the state of New Hampshire.

This little Inn made our New Hampshire vacation feel like home away from home! It really is a darling place and the Innkeepers were so delightful. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Exeter. I would happily return in a heartbeat! We loved it x10! My husband found this spot and I told him I gave him 11 stars out of 10 for picking the perfect lodging!

Beautiful Inn right in the heart of downtown Exeter! The rooms are all unique and give the feel of old New England but with modern conveniences. Friendly and helpful staff!

Beautiful place preserving the unique features of the time period house built. Spacious and cozy. Loved the fireplace. Town was an added bonus. Had a real New England vibe. Would recommend to friends.
