Close to the seafront, good breakfast selection and helpful staff. Room could be modernised. Bathroom is rather basic but sufficient if you only stay for one night.

The rooms were a lovely size, spacious, clean, large windows, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly We had to enter in through the back door from where we parked the car, wasn’t very well sign posted and well lit… but it wasn’t an issue just a suggestion

Location was fab, check in was early. Blinds in the room did not fit and no curtains, awake both mornings at 0430 as the light filled the room. Bar closed at 2220 on the Friday night and we were told we had to leave the bar area at 2300 or we would be kicked out. Pumps didn't work after first night so no draught.

The staff were very friendly. The view from our room was great. The location was good. The reception area and the downstairs seemed dark and needs an upgrade. The biggest issue was the uneveness of the bedroom floor which meant we couldn't wait to get out.
