Lovely helpful friendly staff. Breakfast very good, everything clean and tidy The rooms are in need of some TLC, although well decorated, they are very old school and dated No disabled facilities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room. It wasn't what I booked. It was on the third floor, tiny, sloping ceiling, a light missing, window wouldn't open so room and tiny bathroom were really claustrophobic. The shower was terrible!

Great location as within walking distance to the beach and town. Friendly helpful staff. Noisy floor boards above room (201), room could do with updating, and bath was too narrow for a shower curtain (it sticks to you).

Wonderful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb every day and lots of choice. Sea views were amazing . Gardens delightful for relaxing in and enjoying the weather. The bathroom was small but plenty of hot water. Im very nervous of dogs but they were in a seperate bar area mostly.

Great location and the breakfast was really good. The room was a little tired and dated. Our room was nearest the main entrance and we were somewhat disturbed by every coming and going. Appreciate there’s not much that could be done about that but it was a thing nonetheless.
