Lovely location and facilities and staff N/a

The facilities and location great. Easy access to beach. Outside pool and gardens lovely. Other facilities like indoor pool, tennis courts, croquet lawn and pitch and putt also available. Initial room offered very tired and oppressive. Needs a good refurbishment. Following my approach and disappointment, the staff were very helpful and moved me the following day to a room which was a big improvement.

The location was good wtih good pool and near the beach The toilet didn't work and the shower didn't work in the whole stay. The shower when switched on pured hot scalding water ont my hand and the bathroom floor. This was a 2 bed apartment and clearly no inspection was done beforehand. Alternative arrangements was an unclean toilet with no sink outside and room with showers on a different floor.

Spacious and clean. Great food and friendly staff Bit old fashioned and parking limited

Fabulous 'magical' hotel. Well worth a visit to experience the luxury of time gone by. Faded grandeur in parts, but excellent facilities especially the beautiful outdoor pool area - a must to take a dip and lie on the sunlounger in the sunshine. Huge bedroom suite rather dated in decor, but fully functional and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially the pool staff. Parking easy. Bar good. Garden facilities included mini golf and croquet which we really enjoyed. Only 10 min walk through garden to the beach. Sad to only spend 2 nights. Would go back to stay in a flash! Sofa bed springs could be felt, but remedied with an extra duvet to lie on.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clear signs of under investment in rooms. The shower was substandard. Overall, it is very dated.

To wake up to the sea view was just magical. Very helpful staff throughout our stay. Hope the owner gets his way and update the premises, it definitely needs it and Exmouth needs it, but keep the facilities and view. See comments above.
