Comfort Inn Fairbanks

A basic cleaning once every 3-4 days. They remove the trash and change towels daily. Good for a brief stay.

Our room was clean when we arrived. We stayed for 3 nights. Our bed was never made, we were never given clean towels, we never got more coffee for the keurig-like coffee maker. We were given towels and coffee when we asked for them. The Orbitz description of the property said it was in downtown Fairbanks, but there was nothing walkable from the hotel. We made good use of Uber.

Great place to stay in Fairbanks. Staff graciously moved us from a tight king room into a more spacious double queen. Much better! Breakfast was good. Nice place to walk dogs around the hotel.

The most courteous and friendly staff ever, not to mention the amazing quality our room was. 10/10, would book again.

Clean, quiet, and great location.

Excellent room with two queen beds and a very clean bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding—continental with many options, including fresh fruit and healthier choices. The hotel’s location was convenient for parks and also within easy distance of other local attractions. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Overall the hotel was clean and staff were very kind and helpful. We did have a security hiccup that was a bit upsetting. After checking we left for dinner and returned to our room keys not working. While we were away the previous tenant has returned, spoke to the front desk and was issued keys to the room we just checked into. Apparently rather than checking his reservation and confirming anything, they just cut him new keys. Fortunately it did not seem that anything was disturbed in our room. He realized he was supposed to be checked out and returned the keys to the front desk. The front desk apologized to us and handed us a new set of keys. When we got to our room we realized the keys they handed us also included the ID of the person who had stayed there before and was just given access to our room. It was overall an incredible lapse in security and scrutiny that was concerning.

The hotel was supposed to have an airport shuttle. It did not!!! This cost extra both getting to the hotel and leaving. Had I known, I would have booked another hotel. We also requested pack n plays for two babies. They did not have any. We purchased two and left them with the hotel so future guests will have them. Other than that, the hotel was fine, the pillows comfortable and the staff helpful given their constraints.

Jordan at the front desk was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Hotel was awesome and the breakfast was good :)

Great hotel I highly recommend it. The staff every single one of them are wonderful and we were there for 3 days. We did laundry which was great. We had breakfast every morning which was very good. The coffee was excellent. No complaints

When you pay for a hotel room. You expect that your room will be clean. We had hair on the shower walls, and bathroom floor. Found a fake eye lash on floor by the bed. Food crumbs on the carpets. Clearly was not vacuumed and bathrooms not scrubbed. Shouldn’t have to run and buy cleaning supplies and clean a room we paid for expecting to be cleaned! Housekeeping needs to do better job.
