Superb

Great beds great area of town
-
Location, quietness, cleanliness, attentive staff, great breakfast. Can’t think of a think that was negative.

Most Best Westerns have the sink/vanity outside of the toilet & shower, which I like a lot. We lucked out with a nice sized king room. The Workout space is marginal, but doable.

Boys enjoyed the pool - loved how close it was to the park. Staff were nice.
-
Staff friendly, good basic continental breakfast, lots of free parking.
-
Good size and decorated room like most of Best Western's hotels. Laundry area.

The room was a great size, comfortable and clean, but my first room’s TV didn’t work so I needed to be moved the next day because I there weren’t other rooms available based on the type of room I paid for. I got moved the next day into a similar room, and the shower was clogged to where it would fill a quarter of the way up in water when taking a short shower and then it would drip all night. Water torture sound for sure. The curtains don’t cover the full bottom of the window, so considering there was 24 hours sunlight during the July timeframe it was hard to convince your mind and body to sleep when light was pouring in. Had to use pillows to cover the light. The outside grounds leave a lot to be desired, it gives more of a sketchy morel than an upgraded hotel, but it was close enough to the location I needed to travel to for work and restaurants. Some of the staff (not all) were completely uninterested in engaging with customers and one of the front desk employees came in dressed in pajama pants and hoodie. You would say good morning and she wouldn’t respond, it was more of a what do you want attitude. The other two workers that I engaged with were great. So in all, some issues, but can’t deny that the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were pretty nice and large.

Good Everything was okay
-
Room was clean, staff was courteous & plenty of parking available
-
Breakfast; food was typical sausage (overcooked and hard) eggs (undercooked) potatoes (overcooked and hard), yogurt, pancakes, juice and coffee. Staff; manager nor front desk associate had zero empathy for waking us up. Manager went as far as to tell us she had no idea what her front desk staff was doing upon guest check ins.
