The breakfasts were great. This isn't a luxury hotel, but the location was great (although I'm used to trains nearby) and I think it was a value for the price.

Room was clean, but it could use updating. Staff was friendly, and helpful.

The staff behind the counter were especially helpful when we arrived later than expected. The room was clean, everything worked. It's an older hotel, but has everything you need during a stay in Fairbanks.

The breakfast choices were almost non-existent even though the dining area was very nice

It doesn't serve meals, but the bar/cafe next door was great for an evening meal. The hotel does serve a continental breakfast, but after trying it once we decided to look elsewhere the next day. It has its own parking which is adequate. If the parking lot is full, it is possible to find spaces nearby.

The smallest room I’ve ever stayed at. Hotel needs maintenance with paint, wall repair and replacing worn carpets.

The staff was great. They arranged two complementary Lyft rides for us and they very kindly and quickly notified us when we accidentally left behind an important item. They went above and beyond to FedEx the item back to us very quickly. We are very appreciative.

Short overnight stay after driving over a few days from Anchorage. Room was very small but comfortable and quiet. They arranged (and covered the cost) of a Lyft to the train depot in the morning.

Rooms were comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. Not a very good breakfast.

We had a great experience! The people who work at Bridgewater care about their guests and were just great. We can’t thank them enough for such a positive experience. We also utilized the beautiful lobby area to play cards and it was nice to have laundry facilities. Thank You!

The room was cozy and clean. It has a great location downtown walking distance to the river, shopping & dining. It even has a cute little gift shop of its own.

Room was crammed with a king bed. Shower stall very small ( a joke). Furniture outdated

Nice place. But the quality for the money was only average. Great location, right downtown.

Didn't eat the breakfast, but appreciate they had something to offer since there was nothing open around the area. Accommodations were clean, but we expected more for the price.

The location was wonderful. Walking distance to shops and dining. Needed a handicap room as I had broken leg while on vacation. Also, needed a wheelchair.
