The staff was helpful, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. We were very impressed. My daughter slept on the pull out bed and was comfortable. Nice place.

Clean room
-
Very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms.
-
Very uncourteous reception, air conditioning needed to be fixed every day, there was dust layer on table lamp surface indicating poor housekeeping. Dont be fooled by the Hilton name tag.
-
I’ll start by saying the staff is very friendly and offered to fix our issues, but the promises were not fulfilled. The room was dirty! Carpets were not vacuumed and bathtub not cleaned. There was a 6” long hairball hanging on the tiled wall. This is not acceptable for a room costing $300 per night. On our second night we were assured by multiple staff we’d get a quick clean with new towels and coffee. This never happened, so I had to go get them myself at the front desk. I expected a much better quality room and service from this hotel based on the amount we paid. This was a disappointment.
-
Offer of Continental breakfast at time of reservation but no mention of the additional cost for it of 24.99. Lobby is beautifully updated. Rooms and hallways clean but dated.

It was good learn a good experience

Poor
-
Black mold in the bath tiles, poor quality food in the restaurant for the price. We will never stay there again.

Breakfast didnt have good reviews so I decided against trying it

Exceptional
-
Location was good….could walk into the town. Restaurant was also very good.
-
Front desk has a way of treating the non-tourist’s, and locals who may be disturbing the premises. Regardless of what or who they are

Superb

check in was a breeze, we did arrive in the wee morning so not very busy. Expectations were not high as we had read previous reviews but we had to find a place to stay in advance of our cruise so we booked a night ourselves. Hotel lobby very nice and staff were great. Location is fantastic The toilet. I have NEVER heard anything that loud. I'm sure you could hear it in Vancouver
-
Excellent visit. Close to town and places ro see. Friendly staff and rooms clean.
-
The young Serbian gentleman at front desk was a wonderful ambassador for the property. Great facilities for a traveler, laundry for guests and multiple restaurant options. Beyond this was definitely the best value for money available in Fairbanks Could be modernized in the interior but not much to complain about
-
Same friendly Serbian gentleman at checking!! So good I came back and stayed again Nothing

We arrived at the hotel after about 20 hours of travel, only to find out they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. The manager arranged for us to stay at another hotel and comped the room. She also offered transportation. I must say the manager turned a bad situatuon into something positive. It’s how they reacted to the situation that gives the service *****!
