Right across the street from the Skytrain so very convenient. Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything, including helping us arrange transportation to the airport with a discount. No complaints

The room size and location were good. The room was either stuffy or cold though. You could not get the temperature controlled. The bar was closed the entire time we were there as well.

Comfortable room with morning and evening meals available. Close to shops. The staff were ALL so very pleasant.

People were great, hotel was clean. They put me in a room right next to lobby and as I didn’t get there until 1am I was very tired. Whatever is above that room it was really noisy. Other than that, it was great

Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Most staff were excellent. They went above expectation. Friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have given the highest rating for staff but one front desk person who checked us in was not helpful and rude.
