I like everything.

The staff is poorly trained and unfriendly. Do not provide maid service until the fourth day. Breakfast is not provided, but other hotels in the area do.

Generally rather gloomy. Not many staff or patrons in evidence. Room poorly designed -- bedside lights are wall mounted, ideal for hitting one's head, with switches unreachable from the bed! Hopeless! And why would I want a microwave oven in my room? So-called continental breakfast poor. No cold meats, cheeses or fresh fruit. Overpriced. Shuttle service good. Receptionist helpful, but knew nothing of Fairbanks tourist attractions!

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Restaurants food was good and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice and friendly

Great place, some of the staff were not well versed in English and was difficult to communicate but we managed.

Nice room. Restaurant had a good selection of items for dinner. I had the meat loaf and a Caesar salad, both very good. Excellent breakfast buffet: eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, reindeer sausage, French toast among other items. Very good service. Would stay here again.

Small room, fridge and coffee maker are in the bathroom, no microwave. For the cost you expect more. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The Bear Lodge was perfect for us. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave wonderful suggestions on things to do and places to see. Breakfast buffer was nicely done. Service tops! A free shuttle to the airport was appreciated. We would definitely stay that this hotel in the future.

Beautiful lodge. Spacious guest rooms with his in her sinks. Great lobby and delicious restaurant. Satellite TV reception is poor but when I stay here again? Absolutely.

Expensive room with little amenities. No chair in the room to relax. My room looked out over a roof

The room was large clean. The furniture was small and not really useable which is probably why they keep the fridge, coffee maker, cups, and ice bucket in the bathroom. The cups next to the toilet was particularly puzzling. Plenty of parking here, and location is easy to get to and from different places in town.
