Location & staff Could use updating. Rooms and carpet kind of tired.

The room was bigger than our first apartment. The facility is well cared for and the gardens were beautiful. Would definitely be my first pick if I go back to Fairbanks.

Location and the spaciousness Not a thing.

Clean and comfortable beds. Small kitchen to cook if you want to. The price was high.

Rooms including bathrooms were spacious and clean. Shower had grab bars. Chairs in living area were uncomfortable, hard to get up from.

One of the better places I've been globally. Met all of my needs and the staff were friendly. Bambi, Ricki, Sandy, Chris, and Katie at Zach's gave excellent service. Rooms were fantastic. I was also surprised and impressed by the quilts and partnership with Northern Stitches next door. I didn't like that the gratuity included for breakfast was only on a small sign outside in small cursive writing so I ended up double tipping the first few times from not knowing and the payment machine automatically suggesting precalculated tips. This is a more general North American tipping culture gripe than anything else.

The location and the room layout and the cleanliness was good. No working internet or TV. Moved us to another room where we experienced a partially working TV but still no internet. The food at the restaurant was good but the service was terrible. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get breakfast!!!!! Staff said they didn’t think it would be busy so the main cook took the day off!!

Lovely suite a great place to crash and rest after Arctic adventure. Plenty of space and a kitchenette to boot. Airport shuttle and nice restaurant on site were a welcome bonus. Zach’s restaurant wait staff were great. No issues to report
