Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty.

This was a nice hotel on pretty grounds. I still don’t know where that room is that’s used for their main photo on here, because that’s not the vibe of the hotel at all. It was fairly outdated inside, but nice enough. One major detractor for us was that the elevator chime was SO LOUD that you could clearly hear every single elevator ride coming and going at any hour. I’m glad this was only a one night stay for us. The staff was friendly, but it took them 30-40 minutes just to bring us a couple extra blankets, which I thought was strange.

The bathroom had hair around the shower and one outlet was completely sticking out of the wall. The other outlet only worked if the wall switch was turned on from across the room. The last outlet didn’t hold the plugs. Outdated room in need of some tlc. From desk could have cared less.

We arrived at 6:30 pm and our room was not ready. The workout facility was dirty. Our room was not cleaned. We asked for 2 wine glasses and got paper cups. Very disappointing

The property and the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and professional. I didn’t have time to use the spa unfortunately. The two meals I had at the hotel were delicious and the wait staff were excellent.

Great stay! Property was in excellent shape

The pool wasn’t heated and our room wasn’t cleaned after asking that the room be cleaned. Had to ask for coffee to be replenished.

The staff wqs cordial, helpful and very efficient. We arrived early and our room was already ready. The window and the ceiling near to it in to our room had water damage and was leaking around the window frame because of the rain. I called and a staff member arrived promptly to give us the option to change rooms. We did with some trouble with the door keys that was also quickly resolved by a staff member. The faucet in the shower was detached to the wall so whenever we wanted to direct the water to the shower, we had to be very careful. Otherwise, the room and hotel overall is well kept. The spa area is beautiful, the staff there skillful and amazing. The restaurant was very nice, loved the live music, and the food was delicious!

Nice place, though we had a room facing the lot, and there was a lot of noise late into the night. Weddings and such going on, so just be prepared for some loud and intoxicated people on the weekends. Even Sunday night. Clearly, the bar is popular, but it was a bit uncomfortable to the point where other guests were concerned, with one checking out early. Otherwise, nice property and nice staff.

Great and friendly staff, clean rooms, easy access to all the places we wanted to go, and spa was pretty. Just need a couple more elevators…

I had a dirty bathroom counter when I checked in. It took 1 1/2 hours to get a staff member there to clean it. Most of the staff was top notch! Especially Shawnii at the front desk. I spoke to Justin asking for a late check out and he said he'd check and call me back...but didn't. So all in all it as ok. The manager did stop me on my way out to ask why I wasn't completely happy and what could he do since Justin "over-promised and under-performed". So I was impressed by him also. Not sure I would rush to go back though.

We have always loved staying at the Woodcliff, however, it seems like things have changed. Our room wasn't ready at 4:30, when check in was at 4:00. We waited until 5:30 to get in. The room itself was less attractive and maintained (miss matched glasses, fading paint, rough furniture etc.). The volume on the TV didn't work. The room was very cold, but, it wouldn't "heat" beyond 70. The staff were very nice. We didn't complain, but, we won't be staying there again.

We did not eat breakfast at this property.

Cons: Parking is limited. You may end up having to park at the very back of the lot, which isn’t fun when try to cart tour luggage back and forth. It was also pretty noisy at night during my stay as my hotel room was right above the main lobby which was hosting not only a huge wedding party but the Knicks Game 5 finals. The shouts and chants went on pretty late as you can imagine. Exceptional cases, but room placement really can determine the quality of tour stay and unfortunately my room was exposed to the worst of it.

Pool was closed. Hot tub was not operational.

Could tell the facility is long past due for updates and renovations. Nice bar and restaurant on 1st floor. Enjoyed the meals and drinks. Bartenders were exceptionally polite and helpful.

They did not address our concerns about the room being substandard. We felt like we were given the janitors closet for a room
