Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor

Mother traveled with a son, and we enjoyed the hot tub and the large room with a king bed! The pillow quality can be improved though.

Easy access to hotel. Staff friendly and room clean. Would recommend upgrading toilet to include comfort height toilet or add bar to assist getting up if needed. We did not ask for a handicapped bathroom, but if folks have any concern

I loved the restaurant in the lobby! Hilton is reliable and gives a stress free stay. There's a designated smoke area and the rooms are cozy and clean! Perfect hotel to stay at if you plan on heading downtown during your stay!

Excellent location. Facility is well maintained and the staff is great. I'll be staying here every time I'm in Rochester.

All was very good as expected except 1) the AC in the bedroom (and AC was absolutely necessary last night) blows directly at the bed, and it's only 3 feet away with no moving louvers to direct the flow. But the ironing board with a blanket draped over it solved that. The bed itself was fine, but the pillows (all of them) were atrocious - had the feel of a laundry baga with various amounts of lumped stuff inside. Inserting bath towels made it easier to forget what was underneath.

Hotel was super nice, everyone was friendly and it was very clean.

We were only their for a quick one-night stay, but all the staff we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable.

Customer service was top notch

Half was home from Maine the easy on and off highway options with great restaurants to choose from. Room was very clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple and easy. Only issue is the shower floor was slippery as was the bathroom floor because the fan wasn’t strong enough. Great place to stay the night for a road trip.

This place has the high end feel without the price tag. Even the hot tub was operational!

I would never recommend staying here. Before arriving, we called and asked if it would be possible to check in just 30 minutes early because we had a concert at 5:15 PM. They told us yes, that our room would be ready at 2:30 PM. However, when we arrived, they suddenly said everything was sold out and that the earliest we could check in was 4:00 PM—even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. After we explained that we had a concert to get to and showed them the confirmation stating our check-in time was 3:00 PM, they eventually gave us a different room at around 3:50 PM. The whole situation was confusing, disorganized, and extremely frustrating. It completely disrupted our plans, and I would not stay here again.
