Carpet had crumbs all over no maid service during 2 day stay tv not working good keys were a problem towels felt like sandpaper and smelled like bleach would be ashamed to call this a holiday more like motel 6 do not stay ger

The soap and lotion dispenser were off the wall. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty but were quickly filled by a nearby housekeeper. There was a variety of foods for breakfast and gluten free options.

Fantastic stay. Great room, comfortable and nice pool. Staff very helpful. Really great place.

The noise level amongst other guests was high. Kids running up and down the hallways yelling was a big issue.

This hotel was as good as the Hampton Inn if not better!

I stayed overnight and did not have breakfast. I did have a cup of coffee which was very good. My only complaint was a dog barking during the night. I was on the first floor and it woke me up. It sounded very close.

Breakfast was ok, lots of choices, cinnamon rolls hot and delicious. Room clean and nice. Beds comfortable, friendly staff. We have stayed here several times when visiting friends in Victor. Really nice. Have not used pool or hot tub . Nice and quiet, we slept well even though the hotel was packed with people.

This was our first time at this particular, Holiday Inn express and we were very happy. We like that the location was right off the highway. We also liked that the room was large enough for a family for to feel like we were not stepping over each other, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the rate was very fair and they did have a full breakfast in the morning. The coffee machine downstairs in my opinion was one of the best surprises since it grounds your coffee as soon as you press the button. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. We were in town for a college graduation and even though this particular hotel was 25 minutes from the college. It was easy enough to get to it. One of my favorite things about where this hotel is located is that it is around 12 minutes from the Pittsford area, especially the Pittsford dairy farm, which has the best fresh ice cream and freshly baked bread. Win-win. My 17-year-old son absolutely loved the pool and used it every day we were there. Next time we’re visiting RIT we will definitely be staying at this location in Victor.

The room was very clean and the staff was very good and helpful. The only negative was that the door to the room was not easy to open or close properly. It needed to be fixed correctly.
