This hotel was great. Clean, great amenities and helpful staff. I’m only marking it off a little because the hot tub and pool were not being heated at the time of our stay. It was a little too chilly to go in as is.

Two rooms for our people combination was very good. Like the bottles on the wall for soap/lotions. Kitchenette good. Shower safety bar felt unsafe but was secure butpulled out from wall upon holding on to it. No map to locate directions long hallways Hard for elders no info abt where po was! Got turned around . Better signs needed.

I was in for three days for a hockey tournament. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but when I was there the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and fueled me for the day.

The bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation fan, and the staff do not answer the phone when you need assistance. They have charged me extra.

The manager spoke with booking.com for almost an hour after our reservation was lost (on bookings end.) I understand these things happen and appreciate the fact that they fixed it for us. (Be cautious booking 3rd party, day of) they gave all of their guests a goodie bag, including us. Obviously we didn't get to see the rooms, or much of the hotel at all, but the lobby was freshly renovated. They served fresh lemon water and complimentary cookies upon arrival.
