Nice looking hotel. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again. Fall leaves image inside the walls of the elevator was charming. Breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was not as varied as Hampton inn, plus we kept having trouble with the door key. It did not work every night. One night i had to wait ten minutes for the attendant to come back to the desk to get me another one no maid service. They did not even bring up new towels. Had to go down to get towels every day

The hotel outsources vending of beverages and snacks. But they claim no responsibility if something goes wrong. I had the AI vending system charge me $10 for a $2 water. The night manager then claimed there was a sign that said the vending machines had nothing to do with the hotel. Well, there was no sign. He started lecturing me and give me a huge attitude. I get it - the vending is outsourced, but if hotel is going to make a ton of money on this, they have to take some responsibility for a system that doesn't work.

Quiet and breakfast was good. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pillows were not comfortable and bathroom could use some updates

Lobby was nice and everything was very clean. Our room was a great size but did have a wet dog smell to it. The walls must be very thin because we could hear conversations of both of our neighbors at 7am, which was unpleasant. breakfast wasn’t awesome, but the gentleman doing the breakfast was very helpful with our little one and found him things to eat, which was so sweet and greatly appreciated!!! Pool was clean and very nice, a little small.
