I arrived later at night which was not an issue. Room was ready and clean. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the stay.

Staff is great, when they say "pet friendly ", they mean it. Best breakfast of any motel we've stayed at in years. Always our first choice any time we visit the area.

All great. We stayed at several BW+ units on our trip and are very pleased.

There were times when no one was at the front desk and the lights weren’t on. There is only housekeeping upon request. And of course, you’re asked to choose not to wash towels every day(which I’m happy to accommodate). The person in charge of the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of choices for breakfast, but it was not as appealing as other hotel chains we’ve stayed at. Every bakery item in the breakfast bar was pre-packaged; the coffee was from a machine which offered many choices, but the black coffee and cappuccino weren’t very good. There were eggs and sausage and chopped ham with tortillas but I didn’t have them. Yogurt and waffle mix from a machine, cereal, instant oatmeal… Our last stay at a Beat Western was pleasant but it was a while ago. As a result of this experience, I would not choose to stay at a Best Western again.

We enjoyed the smaller pool, and the beds were crazy comfy. We also enjoyed how easy it was to navigate. You guys could use better signage to show the road to get to the hotel, but otherwise no issues. Oh! Actually, ya’ll need to fix the light in the pool that keeps popping out of the wall, thought we were gonna get electrocuted!

The hotel was in a very nice area. The staff was kind and very helpful. The property manager went out of his way at breakfast to help people. I would definitely stay here again.
