The room was clean but evident that it was an older structure. The bathroom and sink area was very small with limited counter space. The shower was very slippery with old amenities in the bathroom (heating lamp) proved to be useless. Bed space was adequate.

Terrible hotel.

We were then informed of complaints about our dogs. We took the concern seriously, changed our plans, and stayed with them, but still received another warning while we were in the room and the dogs were quiet. Most confusingly, we were told a barking complaint had been received around 5:30 p.m. on our first day, even though we did not arrive until around 7 p.m. We never received a clear explanation for this discrepancy. We eventually felt uncomfortable staying and asked to leave early. We were told we would only be charged for the first night, so we checked out and moved to another hotel. We later learned we were still charged for the additional nights and had to dispute it afterward. We understand hotels must address noise concerns and we cooperated fully. However, the reservation mistake, inconsistent communication, and overall handling of the situation made this a very disappointing stay.

The hotel was very clean staff was nice but the food and alcohol was outrages expensive and you have to pay for parking every night
-
Great location, service and staff. Food was really good, place was very clean and quiet. Would definitely visit again!
-
Parking is paid via a third party and by the hours so even if you have a late checkout, your parking session will expire when they expect you to check out.

Everything was great
-
Nice place in a quiet woodsy corporate park off 495. Walking trail and a lake are nice, felt safe.
-
No amenities. Paid for parking. Which was always full. Rooms had a moldy smell.

A wide open lobby that was inviting. Also, I arrived early and didn’t have to wait until 4 pm to access my room. Paying for parking.
