Homewood Suites by Hilton Falls Church - I-495 at Rt. 50

This hotel is very quiet and comfortable. I also appreciate the free parking. It has very easy access, as well.

Great experience, would stay again

After a long day of travel, we arrived at your hotel expecting a smooth and welcoming check-in. Instead, we were met with an unprofessional, disrespectful, and unhelpful attitude from the front desk employee. Our reservation clearly included two rooms for 4 adults and 3 children (ages 15, 11, and 6). Two of the adults were senior citizens aged 63 and 70. Without taking even a moment to verify our reservation, the staff member wrongly assumed that we had booked only one room. He insisted that only six people could stay and stated that we would have to pay an additional $20 for breakfast. Rather than reviewing the reservation and resolving the issue, he argued with us, showed no courtesy or empathy, and even suggested that we cancel our booking if we were unhappy. This is completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing your hotel. At 11:30 PM, after traveling with young children and elderly family members, the last thing any guest should experience is being treated as though they are an inconvenience. A simple review of our reservation would have resolved the matter within minutes. Instead, we were subjected to unnecessary stress and embarrassment because of the employe

This is a very dated hotel without any amenities and a mess of a check in process. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Really nice and welcoming hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms nice. Pool perfect for the kids. A very laidback and calm feeling and close to mosaic district!

First of all, the room was a bit worn, the room stunk and we found that the refridgerator was the source. It appears that someone had palced fish in the freezer and it stunk. Someone tried to clean it so the room ahd a heavy small of cleaning chemicals and fish. The air conditioner would shut off when it nneded to be on,the sofa mattress was so worn that the springs were all that my grandkids had to sleep on. We discovered that they used bed skirts for blankets, how cheap! most of the staff treated us ok except for one night manager that seemed to be bothered by us using the pool and the tables in the main lobby. She was rude to my wife and when my wife asked for towels, she was rude and uncaring. We will never go there again and i recommend for anybody thinking about staying there, dont !

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look for Homewood suites in our next adventures. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Very nice, spacious hotel with an nice pool and courtyard. I did not eat there but they offer both a breakfast and complementary heavy appetizers in the evening. The staff was nice and the hotel was very clean. It was also very quite despite quite a few families. Parking was easy and free. I would definitively stay there again.

Decent hotel

Exceeded expectations. Our stay was pleasurable- room was clean, breakfast was very good ) potatoes actually had taste!) and in general, we enjoyed our time. The pool was great for the kids- it was sized perfectly and there is a hot tub for the adults. note the fitness center is a bit meek BUT they offer an LA Fitness pass! The only drawback was the parking charge but it is what it is. When travelling to Northern VA/DC, we will definitely be back.

Front desk was not interested in checking us in. Non customer focused. No hello. Rooms were very dated. Dated furniture. The king bed was super hard and worn out. Cleaning staff not responsive when asked to supply clean towels. Poor value overall. Will not stay there again.

Great staff who were very helpful. The Wednesday evening social was a nice addition.

The breakfast was very good for this type of hotel and the pool was a great perk to have! Service is very friendly and make you feel like home. Great also for family with kids. Location is great. Could use a bit of renovation but overall we had a really good stay.

The location was convenient with quick access to the highways and the DC metro. A diner was adjacent to the hotel which was useful. Rooms were cramped for space even though we had two room suite. There was light dust particles in the room. House keeping missed on cleaning the room one day.

Check in was smooth and easy. Great location, lots of food and shopping nearby.

The room was clean but dated and tired in appearance. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable as well. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was conveniently located.
