It was clean and quiet. The initial room I was given had a window that could not be locked. The front desk manager mocked me when I brought up my concerns requesting a new room with windows that lock. (She did end up upgrading my suite to her credit) The shower was also incredibly awkward and small, I ended up burning myself when I bend down and accidentally bumped the faucet.

The room was super clean and my room had a small balcony and a cute view of the church. I loved the air co from the room and staff in the evening was also super warm and welcoming! I didn't like the mattress. It was very uncomfortable for me, it felt a bit old on the springs.

On arrival, with bags and granddaughter in hand i worked out which of the glass doors was the entrance. It did not open automatically. We smiled at the staff through the window, but they didn't open the door; just waved their hands directing me to press a button... my hands were full! The man on the desk eventually opened the door, but the lady found this quite amusing. Not really the most welcoming start to our short stay. Apart from this particular lady, the staff were absolutely lovely. We'd never visited before and were not advised in any documentation as to how to open the door. Shame ?

Nice small hotel in Faro. We arrived late at night, and check-in was easy. The staff was friendly, and we were able to park our car in the hotel's garage (for €10 per night). They provided a baby cot for our daughter free of charge. Breakfast (€10 per person) was simple but tasty, and we enjoyed eating outside on the patio. Our room was very small and quite noisy, as it faced a busy street. Parking in the garage was challenging because the entrance is very narrow and the columns are awkwardly positioned. The courtyard could have been a lovely place to relax, but it would need some update. Neither this hotel nor the town of Faro is a place we would choose to visit again, but for a one-night stay, it was ok.

Central location - close to bus and train stations Very late check in (4 pm), although I was allowed to check in at 3ish.

I really liked the staff, so friendly! It's an only 2 stars hotel, but felt like 4!

The location was best of all and warrants the "good" rating. Liked the little patio for relaxing after a full day of walking. First off, I hated the black mildew around the base of the shower stall. Hated the two off white thin bath towels. Hated the tiny, useless towel hook on the wall that could barely hold one towel. Hated the fact that there was no other mirror in the room other than the one over the bathroom sink. Hated that there was no safe in the room to lock away valuables and have to check them in at Reception desk. Hated that there was no way to make a hot cup of tea in the bedroom and must go to reception to pick up a tray to take to your room.

Small rooms, no kettle

The property was technically clean and centrally located near bus stops. It smelled like the most intense cleaning perfume down every hallway and in every room. We were forced to leave the balcony open, but it’s a major thoroughfare so it was incredibly loud. Even with the sliding door shut, it remained incredibly loud. The shower is not fully enclosed and leaks onto the floor regularly. Check in took 5-10 minutes of waiting while the front had our passports compared to 1-2 minutes max everywhere else I stayed. It was not cheap for the size and quality of the room. Truly, the worst problem was the smell. It was nauseating and headache inducing.

24 hour desk. Central in Faro. Great price quality.

Convenient location, friendly staff, good value breakfast. Limited cupboard, storage space.

Room was a little on the small side but very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located very centrally in Faro. Most sights are in walkable distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean if a bit small. there is the possiblity to park in the garage directly under the hotel, tight but convenient. the lobby design could be more inviting. other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

The shower area they have not installed hand riels and floor is very sleepery easily you can have an accident
-
The room had a lot of "wasted" space, the clothes hangers didn't need to be above my bed with a huge amount of space in hall

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay as the plane was overbooked.

We have stayed 3 times at this property, and would return (as long as the rates are reasonable). Very clean and bright room. Fair sized room. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff.

The room was clean. It was fairly large. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well. People working at the desk were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
