Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Fayetteville

It very nasy

I don't know what is going on with this place. It went from Quality Inn, to Rodeway, to Fayetteville Tower. They really let this building go. Someone needs to tear it down this building. The leave the doors propped open. My room had roaches. Doesn't feel safe here at all. Never again I tell you.

The entire property was just disgusting the room was so gross and dirty walls have never been wiped down in 20 years nothing in the entire building has been updated in 20 years some of the furniture was stained and ripped up there was no breakfast include

Run down, strange people lurking about in parking area and in lobby¿ WiFi was not working¿ no ice bucket in room no coffee maker either no iron¿. Bathroom floor extremely sandy/dirty¿.elevators ran so slow

We were moved to another room, after we complaint about the roaches and no air conditioning plus all I stated above d and it was no different. We slept for a few hours since we drove 14 hours and it was pouring. We couldn't take a shower as it was dirty.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel other than the parking lot was nicely striped. That's where the compliments end. everything inside was trash. This building should be imploded. It is not inhabitable.

Nothing what so ever I hated it here

Was out dated needs to be updated hotel room phone didn't work the bed looked like someone had just got it ,the bed spread had burn marks and stains on it ,carpet had big balls of hair on it ,top of fridge wasn't defrosted

So scary!! Bad location. Feared for our lives. Had been woken up at 4:00 am due to a loud screaming and fighting. Threw linens and food out into the hallway. Packed up and quietly snuck out left at 4:30 am. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

1st room-dirty. 2nd-had guest already!! 3rd-cleaner. Elevator smelled of weed and ppl were smoking weed in room down the hall from me in a smoke free building. Ashes behind our dresser in our supposed smoke free room. No bed protectors. Horrible!!

There was graffiti on the building and undesirable people hanging around inside and outside of the hotel. I can't even begin to describe the horrible conditions of this hotel. Trash in the hallway and just utter filth. Felt completely unsafe.

A lot of drug addicts in that place it was horrible

Rooms nasty crackheads everywhere people pacing halls I checked in and went to room and left I couldn¿t even stay this place needs to be burned down freaking nasty drugs being sold in parking lots hallways smell like weed hallways carpet sticky nasty ¿¿

This was the worst quality inn I have ever stayed in room was very dirty floors not vacuumed lamps tables with dust and bathroom wasn’t clean walls toilet and sink dirty when I complained about the desk clerk was rude

As soon as I opened the door a roach fell on my arm!!! I was disgusted! They did quickly and politely locate me a cleaner room with no bugs!

I made my reservation days before my stay, and when I got there they told me my reservation was not in their sister, even when. I was showing them my receipt and they charge me again.

The bed was all jack up the mattress was wore out need to be replace they give me other room that was so so and that have dirt dust in i check out the day and left foiled my and lost money on the room because there policy.

The stragglers hanging around

I am requesting a refund. A roach was under the blanket with me and my fiancé. The bed was tucked inn all the way around and he was crawling on my legs under the blanket
