Comfort Inn Federal Way - Seattle

Kids allowed to run down halls several days. I reserved two rooms and neither tv worked. One of the elevators was broken.

Breakfast and poor tv service

We only got towels upon request, the room was tolerably clean, the breakfast was basic, the gym area seemed abandoned; overall it was safe.

Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Proximity to stores and the location i booked the hotel for. All good. No complaints

We have been here a lot but never really minded the pay for what we get situation. Last stay was terrible bathroom wasn’t clean, hair all over and carpet smelled. We got there super late and left early.

Room was nice except there was no paper plates nor dishes for using the microwave nor coffee cups. The bathroom didn’t have wash cloths nor bath soap in the shower.

Clean room and pool.

Lady at front counter was absolutely rude from the second we showed up. Zero parking. Entire place was filthy. Room had a horrible old smell. Breakfast was disgusting and cold.

The entire building could use better upkeep - from the lobby to the carpet in the rooms. The lobby smelt like burnt Marijuana the vast majority of our stay and felt dirty. The rooms were poorly kept with the carpet being duct taped down and the shower felt gross. Staff was unable to provide more than two fresh towels the entirety of our stay.

Hot tub was closed, people working in breakfast were not very friendly, food wasn’t that great! Someone either smoked inside or push the emergency exit so there was a whole lot of unnecessary drama right before we left!

We were not informed that the room would not be cleaned and amenities replaced. We were told they were out of soap and we had to use the shampoo to wash our hands and shower. They did not give us washcloths so we used the hand towels. We did ask them for clean towels but we had no coffee in our room the next day. The TV went out and I called the desk and received no help. We will never use this hotel again.

Terrible will never stay at this property ever again.. microwave did not work, the blow dryer did not work, the bed wer the worst and so uncomfortable and there was pee on the seat when we arrived.. absolutely disgusting !!!!!!!The staff was rude ...

The location is convenient. I enjoy how close the Comfort Inn is to a variety of places such as department stores, restaurants/great fast food places, and my job. Even though this is supposed to be a completely non-smoking establishment, there are still people smoking in their rooms! I think they should be fined for it! You need to have a Security staff member working nights to catch these rule breakers in the act! (just walk down the hallways and follow your nose!)

My room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were no other rooms available.

Was fairly clean and location was good. The sink Freon didn’t drain well, there were no wash clothes either

First it took 40 minutes to get checked in because they're extremely under staffed. Then I go to shower and there's literally NO hot water . The girl at the front told me it was because the building was old. No where in the description does it say there's no hot water . I stayed in rn 405. The remote didn't work for the TV. The phone didn't work to call the front desk. Id absolutely NEVER stay here again nor do I recommend anyone else do either. Id give it a zero if I could.
