Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Federal Way

Requested to clean my room 3 times finally she came 4th day and changed towels only.

It was super dirty I would not recommend this place

Our favorite hotel in the Federal Way, Seattle area thank you guys very much 10/10.

I think room cleaning every days but asked to service why Room cleaning ? They said no every days for cleaning two days cleaning that . Ok no problem thanks

Overall just ok for a 1 night stay

The location was easy to find and the room was pleasant. However, we were unaware prior to booking that we would have to pay to park at the hotel and there was no guidebook in the room detailing where the emergency exit stairs were, the guide for the television, notices of events taking place in the area or any surrounding restaurants. Breakfast was ok - my husband ate a couple of things, but we ended up going out to have a better breakfast prior to going to the event we needed to be at. More information should be provided in the rooms for emergency purposes, and a listing of events would be helpful for those who have time and would like to plan something additional.

The tub/shower combination was just fine, with shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner so bring your own! Thankfully, I had packed that anyhow. Location was most convenient for our running around and visiting friends and family. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of warm food, fruit, juices, dry cereal, coffee, or tea. Was a little surprised by the $10 night parking fee, may have been in the information so may have missed it … Staff was friendly and helpful!

Every thing was on point

The stay was amazing and so was the staff. My family loved the pool and breakfast we will definitely be back. Thank you That we could not stay longer

The bed is very comfortable, and the room and bathroom are very clean. Great breakfast. Everywhere we go we always stay at a Hampton because we like to stay at a comfortable and clean place and Hampton is the place for us. Always a 10. All good.

Clean very nice. Breakfast was good Next to freeway. Slept three hours per night. Extremely loud. The need new windows to quiet it down

It was well centered, many restaurants around the property. They had good breakfast and very kind employees.

I will not stay here any more in the future. The check in staff was very very impatient when we asked her about WiFi and EV charger. No free parking, no ev charger, the breakfast is so so and there is no even dining area, people have to eat breakfast in lobby…I was charged 3 overnight parking though I only stayed 2 nights. The checkout staff fixed it after I pointed out but didn’t say anything like sorry…they gave me a QR code card at check in but after I scanned it I was charged one night parking extra and then they said I should not have scanned it. It is very confusing. Their service and amenities are not worth the price at all!
