The desk staff was extremely helpful in overcoming a problem with our tv and took care of us expediently and respectfully. Also, the entire hotel staff was courteous and hard working. I would definitely stay here again.

This is typically our "go to" hotel when visiting the Seattle area. We were unfortunately very underwhelmed during our stay 2 nights ago. Our room had stains on the blinds and on the floor. The toilet in our bathroom didn't look like it had been washed. There were no towels restocked for swimming pool users. We checked in to our room around midnight after a late Mariners game--if it had been earlier, we would have demanded a different room. For breakfast, 2 of the 4 juice compartments were out of order and there were absolutely no places to sit nor was there staff cleaning tables when patrons were finished eating. Very disappointed in our stay and not sure if we will return.

Stayed 3 night. All good except shower tub drained slowly, and beds weren’t made-up as mentioned on their signs. Parking should be free for guests.
