This was a pit stop while driving my daughter to college in South Florida.. what a find! The town is so charming and wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel itself was great. We had an issue with the toilet and the staff immediately moved us to another room. The staff was polite and helpful. I highly recommend a visit!!

Everything was great 👍

The hotel does need to be updated. The air conditioning unit was very loud and couldn’t sleep too well. Great location and parking. Staff was helpful and rooms were cleaned on time.

Our room was absolutely lovely and clean! We have been here numerous times and we always have a lovely stay! We will definitely be back!

Location location. Location close to shopping and some excellent dining. Staff was very helpful Our waterfront room was awesome. We will stay here again

We love the convenience of the property location. The breakfast was good. We did however see a couple of bugs in our room. I told the front desk and they asked for the specific location the bugs were seen. They did not apologize for the incident+ which would have been appropriate. Hopefully, the problem will be taken care of. This is the first time we had any type of issue at this hotel.

I had to cancel a 2nd night that I had intended to stay at and the Hampton Inn was so accommodating and was able to check me in early and was so friendly in doing so! The breakfast was very good, warm foods as well and a variety of options. Best Roasted Decaf Coffee I’ve ever had while staying in a hotel!

Great place to stay.
-
The best location on Amelia Island! It’s a bit dated, but everything else is so great, I didn’t mind!
-
The hotel was extremely convenient to the shopping and dining areas and had sufficient on site parking. The breakfast buffet was good and had a spacious well decorated room overlooking the water.

Rooms are clean and breakfast bar is clean.

I have very bad anxiety problems. This place is so care free and relaxing. Such a small town feel you just melt your stress away here. You could not ask for a better location to stay at. Walking distance to anything you want to do except the beach. But it is a 12 minute drive and you park right on the beach. No dragging coolers and chairs 100s of yards. We had a great family reunion, we are from upstate South Carolina and our family came up from Louisiana. The last 2 days there the breakfast was very disappointing. Food was burnt, had instant grits instead of there fabulous cooked grits that was as good that is homemade. The kitchen staff did not seem a happy and friendly than usual.. We hope this was just a temporary problem because this is our 3rd vacation staying here. The location is our prime reason staying and the breakfast seals the deal.

The location is great- very convenient to downtown Fernandina Beach - very nice not to worry about parking and also had a view of the marina. The price was a little high when compared to other places.
