First time staying here and loved every bit of it. Booked a pool view room but was pleasantly surprised with an ocean view! Lovely property and staff.

Everything we wanted was included in our stay, a nice beach view, a great continental breakfast, clean room and friendly staff, and a frig, microwave, and keurig coffee maker in the room.

Our room felt like a suite w comfy bed room, bathroom and separate lounge area. We had an ocean view which was worth it. Onsite parking. We loved the breakfast they must know I’m Polish bc it was kielbasa and eggs. Also a delicious frittata. We also enjoyed the cafe next door for dinner w I’ve entertainment and fresh grouper. We were allowed to get into our room 2 hrs bf check in yay! but chgd a $50 fee boo! Times are tough. I guess. We saw a couple of bugs in the room thank goodness not a palmetto but I screamed.

Just be prepared for the smaller than average rooms. We had a standard room with a queen to be specific.

Room was clean when we arrived. On our 3rd day we requested clean towels and to remove garbage. When we came back for the night the towels were hanging on the door. The old towels were still in the room on the floor and the garbage was not Picked up.

very convenient, great restaurant across the street.

We stayed four nights, and I realized after the second that I should have asked for an earlier cleaning. This is a beach resort after all, and no amount of personal care and cleaning keeps sand out of the room. This also resulted in more than the usual number of wet towels and trash. In your venue, room cleaning every other night should be the norm. That is my primary recommendation. The problem for me is that our room was never cleaned. Not after the 3rd night, and not at all. When I addressed this with your manager at checkout, she became pretty confrontational and insisted the notice on the placards we were given indicated we had to request even a cleaning after the 3rd night. It does not say that and I did not appreciate her argumentive response. That one exchange really spoiled for me what had been a generally nice stay. Again, overall, we enjoyed our stay, and it is likely we would return and that we would recommend it to others--with the caution regarding room cleaning.

The overall place was nice. The room was really small and humid. The breakfast was nice and it was really close to the beach. Although one of the websites stated that there were complimentary beach loungers and umbrella, unfortunately they no longer provide them and it cost an extra $65/ day to rent them. I did contact the GM concerning this and sent a link showing him, but it fell on deaf ears.

Right on the beach. Great staff always ready to help. All of them.

The rooms need a major remodeling. Stains on the carpet and furniture. Sofa bed has a big sink hole in it. Needs to replace the whole sofa bed. Not worth $200 a night.

Great beach location, easy parking, 1 mile from downtown shops & restaurants. Gorgeous beach, not crowded, can walk for miles. The room was clean & had living space with fridge/ Keurig. We had balcony with beach view. Only complaints- balcony door rattled when the a/c was running (let mgmt know), sheets/towel quality poor and thin. All about location, but for the price paid, I expected better linens. Two great beach places to eat next door. Downtown we loved España & Mezcal, highly recommend for couples.
