Stairs to the bedroom were very steep

Everything was good. I speak mainly English and the staff had no problem communicating clearly with me. Thank you! For my taste, the breakfast had too many sweet starchy carbs (bread, croissant, pastries, crepes). Fruit and eggs would have been welcome.

We did like the location since it’s in the border of the Medina, so for moving out with taxi we don’t have to walk much (3 minutes) for getting out from Fez - El Bali. Delicious and filling breakfast and dinner. Rooms were clean, working A/C, staff was amazing: so helpful and nice to us. Big thanks to Ayoub, Nouhaila, and all the nice group of women who served us breakfast. They really made us feel like family. Room downstairs need some ventilation, nothing unfixable, though.

Nice service. Nice room. All good.

Bed was comfortable, nice interior to the riad Fes is sketchy at night, so try to arrive during daylight. Room was small, we were on the ground floor and didn't feel very private. Bathroom is a tight space, sink basin was very small. Not much ventilation in the bathroom, also it gets flooded. The room develops condensation on the ceiling with the AC on.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. Ayoub welcomed us with such kindness and dedication, exceeding all our expectations. We arrived quite late at night, yet he still prepared us a delicious dinner, and the breakfasts each morning were excellent. Throughout our stay, Ayoub was always attentive and ready to help. He even accompanied us to the bank when needed, gave us helpful recommendations, and helped us book activities. His manner was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. He truly made us feel at home.

A perfect stay at Cèdre d’Argent! Everything was excellent — the setting, the cleanliness, the comfort… but above all, the warm welcome. Special thanks to Ayoub at the reception for his kindness, helpfulness, and friendly attitude. He truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! A perfect stay at Cèdre d’Argent! Host Ayoub was super helpful and would walk us (two female travelers) to restaurants he recommended. Extremely helpful which made our stay absolutely great. Very nice riad in a more quiet area of the medina, but still close to the main highlights. Breakfast was great and the rooms are clean and specious.

I booked the place last minute as I’m travelling around Morocco by bike. Ayoub on réception was very helpful, he found a spot to store my bike and when I left to go to another property he offered to store my bike one more night. I would have stayed the second night but there wasn’t space. The room was comfy, the shower was nice and hot, lovely soft towels and shower gel etc. I was able to wash my clothes and dry them on the terrace. Breakfast was big and coffee was plentiful. You could go all day without needing to eat again. My only comment is I am very noise sensitive and I found the other guests to be a little inconsiderate making noise in the courtyard until nearly midnight and slamming the doors in the rooms above me. This is not the fault of the riad.

Unfortunately we arrived a bit late at the Riad but the staff helped us to find a good restaurant nearby that was still open.
-
The beautiful courtyard. - The location of the Riad is not good at all! It’s hard to find, and the alleys leading to the Riad don’t feel safe! - you can easily hear other guests, not just the room above you but people in courtyard or those who are talking other side of the riad - The room can get cold, and the heater makes the air unbreathable, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature and air quality. - part of the ceiling is covered in mold.

The concierge EL Bourki Ayoub was outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating. Whenever I needed directions or services, he would escort me to the location or service I needed without question. He was very easy to talk with and made the stay comfortable. The breakfast was a great start to the day, definitely more than I needed. I felt very relaxed and homely while staying there. The location was a very convenient pick up point for excursions. Value for money.

The breakfast was good, the staff extremely friendly.

We had a nice room at the very top of the Riad overlooking the Medina. The room was clean, warm, cozy and well furnished. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been a bit more diverse

Everything, beautiful place in the old city. Amazing attention

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Cedre D’argent. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was also a great place to relax. Ayoub was very friendly and helpful, telling us about places we could visit in Fes. The breakfast was also very nice, it was some of the best coffee I have tried

Our host Ayoub was amazing, very helpful, good man. Gave us great advices. We felt very welcomed. Thank you Ayoub. Riad is authentic and modern at the same time. Tasty breakfast.

Ayoub was a great host in Le Cèdre D'argent. He helped us very good with our luggage, information and excursion. Le Cèdre D'argent is a very beautiful Riad with an excellent breakfast. The setting is very romantic. Go there! :) Not so much to do in this neighbourhood at night, but the centre/Medina of Fez is closeby.

Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived, the host Ayoub was very kind and helpful. Location is perfect as a private and secure car park is just a walking distance from the Riad and most of the tourist attractions are just walking distances from Riad.I would highly recommend.
