The location the staff the breakfast everything was great. However, the toiletries were not enough at all. The drainage system of the pipes weren’t very good and I thing it’s because the infrastructure of the city is very old.

Friendly, accommodating staff-super helpful. Afternoon social tea (7 pm) welcoming to meet other travelers. Luggage Stirage and flexible about payment cash/card currency).

It was fantastic! Beautiful place. The room is so big and comfortable. Great value for the price!
-
Friendly staff, beautiful courtyard, and very clean functional room. The room was a little tight for our family of four but very adequate for a two-night stay.

Shoutout Ibrahim Yaseen Kawther Towels could be cleaner inshAllah and no stains on them

Nice view from the Terrace. Nice decoration throughout from the reception , shared area and room Our room was extremely humid, to the point where we had to run a dehumidifier continuously, day and night. It felt like sleeping in a damp basement, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Payment Issues: I booked the room online through Booking.com using my credit card. However, upon arrival, I was informed that payment could only be made in cash. This is an unacceptable and misleading practice. Travelers booking online reasonably expect to pay with the same method used during reservation. It appears this may be a local workaround to avoid credit card fees or taxes, but such practices are not transparent and should not be allowed on reputable booking platforms. Hotels operating this way should be flagged or removed from online travel sites.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean. We loved how kind and helpful the staff were. They always helped with our luggage and provided us with transportation options as well. The courtyard was stunning and such a perfect place to just relax and have a meal. We also loved that the rooftop terrace had the most amazing view of the city. We had mint tea there while overlooking the city. I’d definitely recommend this riyad!

The staff was amazing! We really enjoyed talking to them! The hostel is also super beautiful and has an amazing terrace. Very good vibes Good bathroom Not very good value for money. Even thought the hostel is beautiful, we paid more in here than in a luxury amazing riad in Marrakesh. I Dont think it's fair to ask that much money when the rooms and service are not st that level. Wifi signal very poor in the bedroom Room was very dark, the bedside tables were falling of the wall. The windows Dont close so you wake up at 4 and 5am with the call for prayer. Wifi signal very poor in the bedroom When paying, I was told that the card machine was broke (a little lie that rhey tell everyone). I don't think it's fair to ask for 223€ in cash, it's nonsense. Specially when not advertised in advance. We then came to an agreement in which I paid two nights by card and one by cash, which just confirmed the lie I was told that the machine was broken. In any case, we had a good experience but it should not be marked at that price point for what if offers

One of the best hostels I’ve ever been to. The place was beautiful, breakfast was great and staff were very helpful and kind.
-
Beautiful hostel. Just like in the pictures. Lovely rooftop with a gorgeous view of the city. Value for money with breakfast and towel included. Located in the heart of the Medina. Highly recommended.

The staff organized all my day trips to dessert and other places , they were lovely . Thank you

The room, the ambiance, cleanliness Not with hotel facility per se, as they are fabulous. But please pick different Hammam partner, as the one that I went as per your recommendation was awful.
