Loved the room, the roof top, service was excellent. Low archway stepping into the bathroom. Front desk was great, some were not super knowledgeable about the restaurants and sites. Concierge would have been great. The instagram photo shoots were disruptive to other guests (mostly my wife)

Nothing to report

the location in the medina was excellent and the place for the transport to drop us off was close...the hotel provided a porter to meet the car and took our baggage to the room We booked with booking .com that said the room ( deluxe) had a patio...it did not........Restaurant Manager Hassan at bfast was wonderful - we organizing the staff.... - but on his day off the system fell into a bit of disorganization.

It’s gorgeous It lacks overall professional management . The management of staff and overall is lacking. Especially in house cleaning. No checks in the their system. People kind of chaotically swarming the halls getting things done inconsistently. The first day we got there there was something floating in the toilet etc

Beautiful The mattress was extremely hard and too many little steps everywhere that are tripping hazards

all nothing

A very beautiful Riad with nice rooms and breakfast area. Great location inside the old town while away from the crowds. Breakfast is a combination of eggs to order and buffet with high quality. Complimentary water is a plus. Most staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in process was a bit slow, taking almost 1 hour waiting for the rooms and welcome drink.

Service Beautiful building Lovely bedrooms Everything was terrific

The property is absolutely beautiful. The decor, size, and staff all exude a feeling of luxury. The property is very easy to reach with a short walk from the road nearby, and you are within walking distance of most major destinations. Our room was beautiful, very large with a massive comfortable bed. The bathtub was a highlight for us as well, it was nice to relax after spending some time in the desert and doing a lot of driving prior to coming here. We already had dinner reservations so we didn't get to experience that here unfortunately, but the breakfast buffet was incredible. We did enjoy a lovely bottle of Moroccan wine on the rooftop bar and took a recommendation from the Sommelier who served us. He was great to talk to and ask about the wines of the region. It was a little chilly out and he was quick to bring over two heaters to keep us warm. All in all, this place was amazing.

The riad was beautiful, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very professional. It was definitely a high end experience. I wish we had stayed here longer instead of leaving for our next destination.

The riad is gorgeous, rooms are super comfortable and also extremely quite It is just too expensive for the quality of the service you are getting. There were several problems in our two rooms (heating not working properly, issues with drainage etc). The hotel restaurant Gayza is terrible. We got extremely overcooked chicken tajine and hen, we could not eat anything beyond a bite. The lobby felt chaotic at times (although I had emailed them beforehand about excursions we wanted to do, it seemed like they did not have it upon our arrival, everything worked out in the end but did not feel like it was well run)

Every thing was perfect Nothing, as a suggestion to increase the menue of the room service

It’s a spectacular building with an amazing restaurant and good service. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet the expectations for a Relais Chateaux. For example, the lobby was diffused with an overpowering orange blossom fragrance that made lingering impossible for anyone. Also, the bathroom’s shower drain remained semi-clogged after numerous requests to correct.

There were some repairs right next to our room until late evening. There were no promised view from our deluxe room.

Sweet ice ? and yogurt juice ?
-
We were not informed by the property (even though I called the property a day before and the day of check in) that there was no way to drive up to the property. So getting to the property was more stressful that it should have been.
-
Non availability of parking or handling the parking requirements, they should arrange to pick up the cars from the guests and parked somewhere

Exceptional
