Location and the sea. Azeri guy at the kitchen pool bar and lobby boy Turkmen guy was very helpful We forget our passports at the property return back after one hour drive but it was my mistake :((

Mr Shkoor the food manager the moment I arrived I told him that I have gluten free problem and immediately he provided me the proper service. The waiters in the restaurant were fantastic and the staff in general were very good. Distance from the blue lagoon. Temperature of swimming pool was on the worm side

Very good

Very close to the beach. Very nice breakfast. Toilet/bathroom was a bit small and you could hear people from other toilet talking and flushing. It was very weird. When you check-in you will be set an appointment with a travel agency which seemed okay but it didn't have any personal touch to it. In other hotels we had early chat about what we like and wanted to do with price etc so that we could plan better way before our checkin. There may have been some entertainment shows or so which staff didn't give us any communication. When we checked in we were given some wrist bands. I actually didn't know the purpose of it and asked the staff which they couldn't explain well. We were given orange and red colored bands. After a while I went to the desk to confirm if I had chosen full boarding or just break fast only, it was break fast only. After 5 mins staff came to our room with wrist bands of different colour, my 13 year daughter was outside to grab something from th car. I said she got one wrist band and when she returns we will come to the reception. When my daughter returned I realized that the staff cut the wrist band and gave her a new one. Which is not nice as none of the parents were with her.

very nice hotel, good location , accessible to the beach, the food is very tasty with big variability, staff very kind , helpful and professional, good wifi the parking of the hotel is very small, you can not find one every time

Exceptional

Nice location, clean rooms, good food 30 sunbeds on the beach are almost never available. The reception staff say that they are aware of the problem but it's a public beach, so they can do nothing about. At the same time, there are much more sunbeds in the neighbouring hotel's beach. As a result, there are always available ones. Not sure what the actual problem is. Not the hotel's fault but the prices in Oludeniz are crazy. 600 T Lira (16 Euros) for 2 ice creams is literally a rip off.

The view and tranquility of the place Can’t really think of anything

Great pool and great choice of sun loungers. Decent food choice at lunch or dinner. Great location for beach restaurants and bars. For all inclusive, poor choice of drinks available, cocktails poor. Choice of hot meals for breakfast not really suited for British guests, unless you like omelette every day. Hardly any entertainment so ventured out of hotel into the resort.

We booked this holiday to celebrate our anniversary and we are so glad we chose the Belcekum Beach Resort! Without a doubt, it is the staff who set this resort apart from the others. The staff we encountered were always friendly, polite and professional. We didn’t manage to note everybody’s names but Ramadaz and Soner deserve a special mention. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the team at reception were very friendly, warm and efficient despite the time of day- we really appreciated such a warm welcome. The cleaning lady who tended to the grounds and public areas seemed to never stop! The Restaurant offered a wide variety of options. Bonus cooking station at breakfast where eggs and pancakes can be cooked to order was an excellent added touch. There is also a snack bar by the pool which serves up fresh and delicious pizza, burgers, chips etc. The bar was equally as impressive with cocktails, mocktails, coffee and everything in between. This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the local area, shopping, excursions or simply taking a walk. Within the resort, the animation team arranges excellent events on most nights and these are always varied and interesting. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay- we will definitely be back! This is a very small issue, but something worth considering nonetheless. There is a vent or something in the bathroom, which means that sound from the neighbouring rooms can travel through. This is somewhat resolved by keeping the bathroom door closed.

Great position in Oludeniz . Staff very helpful & always staff available . Restaurant & Snack bar were very good . The pool was lovely & always plenty of sun loungers that were cleaned every day . The hotel was very clean with fresh towels every day in your room . The 3 nights that there was entertainment were good particularly the Turkish evening the staff were fabulous . Lacking something for 5 year old in evening . Children's disco didn't happen , we came here even though we have a holiday home in Dalaman for her to enjoy some company & events at night. Beach loungers & allocated area for hotel was so easy .

Location, staff, pool and sea is exceptional. Very few food options, and moderate clean rooms.

Superb

Location to the Beach and Pool Bar. Facilities were tired and food choice limited. Room was advertised as a family room but it was tiny. Pool entertainment was too loud.

Loved the breathtaking views of the olu deniz beach and the hospitality from the staff, the chefs and cleaners very professional and friendly. Food was varied and always a grilled option Didn't like that check in is early when flight is late at night had to pay 40 euros to request late check out.

Top location at the beach with nice views from the restaurant. We had 2 large rooms with pool view. You constantly see paragliders landing which is great to see. Too loud music (they state to have sound proof walls, which is not the case), sleeping before 23 is not possible. We had the bathroom of the next room against our room and you could hear everything. The restaurant is good, but by our 5th day we felt it was too much of the same
