Clean and comfortable in a great location Daytime noise, love some pool music but that level was ridiculous, hard to have a conversation with someone on the next sunbed during the day
-
Food and buffet was amazing, they have fresh bbq meat grilled on spot that is so good. Pool and animation team are good. Really recommend
-
The guest relations team, cooperative and know exactly how to manage any problems Unfortunately the waitress totally unprofessional . Looks like there is a shortage in the staff .need hours to clean tables and cups around pool and they clean whats frankly dirty. The building and furniture is old .

Food was good . The hotel has no beach access . You have to take a shuttle to there . the beach club they send you is horrible . They chased us once claiming we did not pay for the ice cream made us walk all the way to the bar to only find our receipt as proof of payment . No apologies but yelled by the club owner when showed irritation. This hotel Has no beach but they fool you with their photos . Will not recommend!!

Food was good Would not recommend. First of all, this hotel does not have a beach on-site. You either have to walk to a public beach or take a shuttle to a rented beach area. The shuttle is always overcrowded—we had to stand with our kids, which was a mess if you’re planning to go back and forth to the beach. The pools were just okay, but the kids’ pool was dirty with debris floating around. We stayed in a garden-level room, which felt like an underground hallway. The room itself was dirty and full of ants—completely unacceptable. The bathroom was extremely outdated and in need of a full renovation. We hated the garden-level setup. Our swimwear was soaked and filthy in the morning—we think the sprinklers were spraying our balcony. The staff was rude and unfriendly; they even seemed annoyed when we simply asked for a drink. Dishes and empty cups were left around the property, and housekeeping was unreliable—we asked for a comforter twice and it never arrived. Also the beach club they send you is horrible . They chased once claiming we did not pay for the ice cream made us walk all the way to the bar to only find our receipt as proof of payment . No apologies but yelled by the club owner when showed irritation. We will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Main pool was pretty good, and the day time music was perfect most of the time. Night time events left an impression (e.g. Cappadocia and Afro-circus). The food was pretty good, especially cold dishes, grilled turkey and breakfast omelette. Some staff members were nice and helpful. Main living rooms were no issue, with quiet AC and comfy interior. Pretty good WiFi coverage, including remote beach. A few members of our party (of 7 total) were overall pleased. The management gave us the rooms different from what was booked (3 total). While they're claiming it's the same total value, I'm not convinced it was a fair trade, and in any event should be discussed / announced first. Didn't even bother digging into this as the conversation went nowhere. Although the main rooms were decent, bathrooms (all 3) were in rather poor condition due to sloppy repairs/maintenance, and no forced ventilation. Many staff members show bored/negligent attitude, and have very weak English. Animators are barely noticeable. The assigned beach is at remote location ~30 min walk or a shuttle, which seemingly runs at its own will, and is almost always packed even with people standing. Waiting for 20 min and not being able to board is a norm. So plan 30+ min for one-way trip. The beach itself is not impressive, and has mildly rocky floor. On-site services are paid (although belonging to the resort); watersports rental pricing is like in California. Public beach which is ~7 min walk, is pretty basic, with pebble floor and little bit of waves. Lots of boats around (question about water quality), and paid loungers / umbrellas (~$10/day for both). Overall - not that attractive either. Despite the generally decent food mentioned above, the cold dishes room constantly had a swarm of flies around the plates, which was quite deterring not gonna lie. Included drinks are the cheapest ones (expected), but premium ones hold pretty much US prices. Another catch is that after 23:30 all drinks are paid, and plain soda goes for $8 a glass. I could understand that on alcohol, but not on soft drinks it's a nonsense. Overall, it feels like whatever is advertised and charged for, falls significantly short of what's delivered. To be fair though, most of the issues are seemingly common to the region, so with that in mind, this place is probably still above average in its price range.

Room, stuff, food, beach club - all exceeded my expectations

Food, swimming pool. Playground for the children is worn and poor. Bathroom is outdated, the roof is leaking at the restaurant, water spots allround at the tables if raining, spa is poor. Only 2 electrical connectors are in the room (1 is in the bathroom), which is a big minus these days.

The location and the view of the mountains The food could be more varied

It was our second time staying in this hotel and we love the location, surrounding and private beach at the blue lagoon. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained, staff is friendly and very attentive. Special thanks to animation team which engaged and entertained our kids. WiFi was working well. food was simple but delicious and also included healthy options and staff paid good attention to people with allergies. Overall, we loved our stay and planning coming back next year. I can’t think of any negative comment.

Our second stay at this hotel went as well as our visit in 2021. We found out that the owner had changed, along with the entire staff, but overall, the stay was pleasant. The housekeeping team worked consistently to keep the place clean, the entertainers were friendly and cheerful, and the chefs, who delighted us with their delicious dishes, were always willing to answer our questions. The reception staff were attentive and welcoming, and the security team was vigilant. What saddened us was the poor attitude of the waiter Ibrahim, who came across as arrogant and unhelpful, never serving our table in dinner. The behavior of the other waiters was average, except for UKTAY, who was professional and accommodating. In short, the attitude of this particular waiter prevents the hotel from achieving a 5-star rating.

Warm and welcoming Staff. Excellent food choice, fresh and tasty. Vibrant and lively, although options to relax and chill by Adult Pool, which is what we tended to do on occasion.. Excellent Value for money .. To be honest Sundia could not be beaten for value therefore difficult to find dislikes.. More Vegan choices would be good!

They have access to a private beach on the lagoon side but not at Oludeniz Beach. However, it's a public beach that you can access and is within walking distance. This is the only minus point. I believe it would be great if they had access to both. The triple large room is really large/spacious The dinner & breakfast buffet is excellent. Drinks throughout the day are very good, wide variety & good quality Not having arrangements on Oludeniz beach They may need to increase the number of shuttles to the beach during the high season.
