Only the location was perfect, otherwise i rate everything zero except the staff. Electricity goes on and off many times and it wasn’t clean.

I liked the style of this budget hotel with detached buildings around the large open pool area. Great location to take in the surrounding views and to watch the paragliders overhead preparing to land. Not far from the beach, transport and close to the popular eating and shopping areas. Buffet breakfast was simple and adequate but drinks were not included. A safe in my room would have been a bonus.

Location only. Everything was old out of date. No staff really spoke any English. WiFi was awful. Beds like sleeping on broken springs. loud loud music from way early in the morning even though hardly anyone was staying in the hotel. Never any food available, kitchen always closed breakfast was included went down each morning no such thing, told staff they said it was! The pool wasn’t being cleaned. Chicken on the facility so shit everywhere. Cleaners incredible loud from 5.30 onwards. People who where staying where down complaining constantly about all of the issues above, they gave them a number to call head office no one dealt with anything. No facilities in the room which was listed. Toilet seat broke in half as soon as you sat on it. “Both parties small people. To top it off never any staff around, even if u wanted a drink at the bar you had to stand and wait for someone to come fro Somewhere and then they hadn’t anything on the menu only 1bottle of local beer. The. To top it off when leaving everyone comes running outta the wood work to be tipped for doing absolutely nothing. Insane. Terrible experience.

They changed the towels everyday. Breakfast was okay, very polite staff. The room looked just like in the photo, except for the bathroom. There is no HOT WATER. The bathroom is horrible. So dirty and gross. The room had dirt beneath the bed and closet.

You're in a prime location! How can you still not have WI-FI in your rooms or a safe? Made me feel uncomfortable leaving my room.

Breakfast is fine. Hotel very old. Smell in room is disgusting. Smell in room= canalisation+chemical. Humidity. Bed very hard and pillows too. Towels smell , bedding smell, everything very bad smell

Location is great, decent rooms , clean. We were given first a double bed to share and I booked for 2 single bed. Then then moved us to different room which was nice. But the air conditioner was kind of broken and made noise constantly, so we had to turn off during night. WiFi very slow.

Don't listen to all the negative reviews about this property.This is a lovely place to stay with a beautiful pool area surrounded by the mountains.The manager Solomon is a very likable,cool guy who is always there for assistance and all the staff are friendly and polite.There is a free buffet breakfast every morning and the location is just fantastic,only a short walk from the beach.I will not hesitate to stay here again. My only gripe is the wi-fi isn't very good.

The room was very tired in appearance. When we arrived there was an awful smell from the drains. The cleaner was very quick to help and after a day cleared the problem. Despite 2 attempts to stop the air conditioner from dripping we had a bucket and towel beneath to catch the drips for the rest of the stay

Breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient Manager is not a person with the proper qualities to deal with clients. He got upset after i made some comments and screamed on me losing his mind. Absolutely out of control

Location The man at the front desk he has no manners .he does not want to help he put us in the staff roomes until I met mr ahmed the deputy manager he was so nice to us he move us to a good room
