The young staff at the reception and the restaurant were very friendly and polite. They were extremely courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. Additionally, the restaurant staff were also very polite, and the chef made delicious omelettes. The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms were not cleaned well, and we had to request towels and toiletries like shampoo and soap. Additionally, there was an extra charge for using the safe and the fridge each day, but the fridge did not cool properly. The staff in charge were not friendly. While the young staff were friendly and polite, the lady responsible for them at the restaurant was not. Breakfast is from 8-10 AM, and at 10:05 AM, I tried to get some water or coffee, but they did not allow me because breakfast time was over.

Location The manners of the owner. Staff seem to be frightened of him staff not very clean except Ali in Reception and sometimes bars.

Receptionist in the evening shift was very helpful and kind comparing to the rest of the receptionists - Had to wait for 2 hours for anyone to come and switch on refrigerator, even after that it wasn’t on until evening. Then we got informed that we have to pay to use refrigerator, so finally after we highlighted that refrigerator is included in our booking staff came and switch it on. Wasn’t that pleasant though to wait for “such service” for the whole day. - Despite the booking is for 2 people and payment was done for 2 people, we couldn’t get the second key, it was quite inconvenient for us. - Towels could be replaced, look worn out with stains

WiFi was a disappointment. Towels were not changed regularly. Towels were ripped.

Close to Sea and shops Bars. most staff seem miserable. and staff sleep on the sun beds I think they should be given rooms.

The Room and the Property was very clean. housekeeping was there every day. They did a very good Job. we really appreciate. the Location was very good. very close to the ocean 5 minutes by walking. next to a supermarket. The Airconditioner was working fine. There is enough space for everyone at the Pool. The Staff at the Reception were kind of unfriendly. they were just doing the minimum Of their Job. we didnt feel welcome. the didnt explained us everything. The Equipment in the room is very poor. you have to Pay extra to use the fridge or the safe. You are Not allowed to bring food or water from the outside. Thats very sad. i have never been in a Hotel with wierd rules like this and this bare minimum standard. The breakfast was also minimum, but this didnt bothered us so much. Wifi was the worst! In our Room it was almost not aviable. It took like 5 minutes to Open any website….. The TV in our room was Not working. There was a cable damage. We are lucky that we only stayed 3 nights.

This is the third time at Mavruka Hotel. The location is brilliant as its on a side street but so close to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Its not a massive hotel so its not over crowded and its not noisy. The rooms are fine - the reason I like this hotel is that it is so clean. All the rooms are so clean, the outside areas are well maintained, the grass and flowers look lovely, the pool area is kept immaculate and the pool staff clear it each evening. Its easy to order a drink at the bars, the pool bar is fab and they will bring your drink over and the front bar is great as the bar staff guy is quick and on the ball. The staff are all great too. Hmmmmmm I'm not sure I would change anything but if I was pushed to say one thing then I would say maybe update some of the towels as some were a bit thin but not too much an issue.

We have stayed at Mavruka before in 2016 and really enjoyed our time then, so came back June 2022. The rooms are clean, the staff truly go out of their way to help you with anything. Swimming in the pool looking up at the mountains is stunning.

Helpful Stuff.. speak English Clean rooms (although a bit old but very clean and the toilets were always cleaned and smelled good) Very near to the beach Next to a supermarket. Just next to the front door so you dont have to carry the large water bottles for a long distance. Big, clean and nice swimming pool. Refreshing. Comfy mattress and pillows. Thanks to the stuff, they allowed us for late check out without costs. The wifi wasnt always good. Breakfast below average. Need improvement. The hot water wasnt there everytime. Blackout is bad, allows sun light in.

I booked for 2 adult But we came Family with 4 kids . Stayed for 2 nights july 2021 half board They upgrade standard room to room with 2 beds ( one big , 1 normal ) for double price. Kindful , and cooperative staff espicially Mr. Ali Very nice pool, garden . Mountine view we can see parrachouts in the sky Nice breakfast and dinner But no meat on the dinner , only one chicken meal and others was vegitables and soup and rice and alote of salad types. 3 swimming pools (kids . Tinagers and adults) Quite hotel Very near to beach and main street in oledeniz. 101 in same street . Only 5 meters a way. I liked this hotel I will rebook next time in same hotel but higher floor . It was quiet room, in ground floor with balcony to pool and garden , so mosquito was too much . Wi-fi signal weak
