Location Rude staff specially the Oldman at the reception The refrigerator didn’t work The shower was broken The breakfast was awful?? And they didn’t clean our room i ask why he said we were busy?? Very old and worn out very rude staff

2. Helped us get clean towels when they didn’t change it by themselves. 1. Bar only alcohol drinks and we cannot bring drink from out side. 2. Breakfast was ok but we had much better from other experiences in Oludeniz 3. Cleaning: they changed the garbage and organized the same dirty towels! We asked the reception for clean ones the next day, and they provided it. 4. We asked for great room as we are on our Honeymoon, but mo special service provided.

Good location and price. The soundproofing effect is very poor! For breakfast, it is obvious that the lettuce is unwashed for 4 days, and some tomatoes are mouldy.

Clean hotel, beautiful scenery, cheap. The water pressure was low in the bathroom and the aircondition remote stopped working, but it was all good.

Swimming pool, facilities, outside area is great. Cleanliness was so, so: sticky floor, remaining of food on the bed frame. Toilets had water leak issues. Some staff are very friendly, some are just doing their job, barely answering some question (manager). Noise from the neighboring hotel.

The breakfast was ok but the refill and amounts were sometimes not enough for the number of guests. the location was very good . close to the beach and the shopping area ...the currency exchange in the hotel satisfactoy the room was very small, there was no laundry at the hotel and the cleaning service was not that good.

Sport activity Our room was a full of ants. They changed our room 3 times, also they didn’t want to give us a small discount for additional night (just like a way to say ‘Sorry for the ants in your bed and food).
