FH55 Hotel Villa Fiesole

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always happy to help, often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. This level of personal and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. A special thanks to Carlo from the Concierge team, whose thoughtful assistance and warm manner made an especially lovely impression on us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to return.

An amazing property in the most beautiful location overlooking Florence The staff and the services are exceptional One of our very favorite properties in Italy The shuttle service is quite busy, so it’s sometimes difficult to schedule a ride to or from the property Luckily, there is a bus every few minutes that connects with the tram to train station

It had a free coach which needed to be booked to access Florence. Good service, a small but acceptable swimming pool. Fairly close to the village and historic sites and excellent local dining. Close to a bus stop which gave good access to Florence. Nothing I can think of.

I have nothing to like about this out dated inconvenient hotel . I risked my life to walk back from to the Roman theater for the concert after 11:30p because there there was no transportation except waiting for the bus until midnight or pay the taxis 22 Euros for 1/2 mile. It is Not a 4-star hotel, it js 2-3 star outdated motel . Location - on the major road to the city center and tourist attraction. Very noisy with traffic ( right next to the road) , no side walk, the room is very small , no sunlight /the windows cannot be open due to traffic noise . The bathroom is so small that no room to put a vanity - just a sink. The room has space for table , just a stand with coffee machine .

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location overlooking Florence. Public bus service at the doorstep to take you to the Fiesole village in under 5 minutes. Bus was available every 15 minutes at peak times. Free shuttle service to and from Florence, worked well first day. On the second day was disorganised with a new driver who neglected to check names against the prebooking information. Pleasant garden and lovely terrace for breakfast. Food very nice. Although air-conditioned our room was very hot and the bathroom exceptionally hot which didn't have conditioned air. Shuttle service was disappointing on day 2 but the hotel reimbursed the cost of a taxi which they suggested we took.
