A perfect scenic spot, beautiful pool, wonderful breakfast, spacious rooms. That we spent there only one night) Fiesole town and the villa pool definitely requires more time!!

Lovely property minutes outside Fiosole. Convenient to downtown Florence via bus. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! Oh great breakfasts too!!!

Not much

Very friendly staff. Nice swimming pool, welcome after a hot day in the city. Very good breakfast. Fiesole easily accessible by foot(20' walk but along the main road), where you can take the bus into Firenze or in Caldini there is a train. No meals at all; some small snacks would be nice

Peaceful and beautiful We liked everything and in particular the pool

Lovely welcoming hotel located just outside Firsole (a short bus ride or 20 min walk from the firsole bus stop). The location is perfect with stunning views of the Tuscan hills.

Lovely property with absolutely stunning views. Breakfast was great too. We had a great time, very close to Florence.

Not many choices for breakfast but it was off season. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors.

The pool is lovely and the nature around the hotel also. The value was good in comparison to other places. The location was in Fiesole, which is a gorgeous Tuscan town. The hotel needs a renovation. I would expect it to appeal to persons 60 plus. The rooms are very basic. The mattresses very hard. The "standard rooms" are similar to rooms in hostels.

Good breakfast, room was nice.friendly staff. Quiet location. A little far from florence. Had to drive into town ,find parking then take the city bus into Florence

The location was lovely, quiet, nice size room and doors out to garden and pool. Fiesole is a pretty little village with great bus links into Florence. Amazing views from the village. Very friendly and kind staff. Shower over bath, we would have preferred a shower cabinet.

Size of the room, view from it. Great outdoor areas to relax, with large swimming pool. Set out of town in a forest area. It is close to Florence with a well service bus, but you have to travel to Fiasole to catch it. Does not have a lounge or seating area inside to relax when it rains, but the room was spacious.

Location was good, the end stop of Bus 7 is about 1.5km walk from the hotel. Fiesole is very nice, the air is fresh on the top of the hill, compare to the air in Florence in the waley. After 20-22000 steps every day in the town, sitting in the terace with lemon trees is very nice. Many mosquitos, no window on the room, only a double glass door so no mosquito net, Your door is open or closed. So no fresh air, no mosquito. Or fresh air, with mosquitos. The breakfast after 4 days was is boring, one type of cheese, one type of ham, boiled eggs. Every day.

Quiet place in the mountains, great pool to sit by in the sun. The room was great. Staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was very basic, and few mozzies in the room each night

It was really beautiful place to stay. It wasn’t in Florence, so it was perfectly quiet there. The only minus is, that it is quite long distance to Fiesole and we needed to go there every night for dinner. But everything else was perfect so 10 by me ?
