the location, the room , the view nothing

The location is central, the property is gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pricing is fair and the breakfast was tasty. 1) No washcloths. I'm coming from America, I'm not packing one and taking a wet one in a suitcase. 2) No AC, had to open a 40 degree F outside window to cool down a sweltering room. 3) Coffee spoons were filthy and hadn't been changed. 4) You really have to hoof it to the parking and climb a very steep cobblestone road. 5) The bed was only a full which is inadequate for a 6'7" man.

Stunning blend of medieval architecture and modern comfort and finishes. Quiet and very comfortable bedding etc. Location is fantastic, the hidden garden is enchanting and the view of the town from the large hotel room window was magical.

The breakfast had every option available, delicious croissants and confitures. Fluffy eggs and crisp bacon. And crepes ! Staff was very friendly. The dinner menu was probably not our favorite. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And we absolutely loved the setting.

Extraordinary staff, gorgeous chateau, divine dinner! It is impossible to say how good it was. We are already planning to return in April 2026.

Well located in town. An old building sympathetically converted into a good hotel. Large room. Pleasant staff. Nothing really.
-
Charming and interesting. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had a nice view. Good restaurant. The bathrooms fixtures and some of the furnishings were lacking.

A beautiful property in a great location Staff seemed indifferent to the guests.

The setting is beautiful. Felt like being back in time. An amazing experience.

It's history. It's location. It's breakfast! Not applicable

Incredibly beautiful.

It was like staying in a museum but totally up to date. Everywhere you looked was an historic view. The room was spacious and the pool refreshing. Location couldn’t have been better. Don’t miss the chapel and the Charles Boyer library. Restaurant seem totally understaffed, but it was a beautiful night in the courtyard.

Beautiful property in the center of the old city. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice interior gardens, terrace and swimming pool (not open but looked great) breakfast was not lavish just right. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Super dog welcoming! A big plus when traveling with a best dog buddy. Finding it. Finding parking lot. Learning the way to the room on my own. Reception staff a bit vague about all of the above. Proud of myself for solving the puzzles.

This is a character-filled hotel in a great location for visiting Figeac. The staff are absolutely wonderful..helpful and kind! The room was comfortable in every way. I would return because of the staff alone! For the level and price point of this hotel several things could be improved....the breakfast was minimal, egg items on request did not seem available, and it lacked basics like sliced fresh fruit and vegetables (at least when we visited, it may be different in summer); no robes were provided although there is a pool and sauna, this is normal at this level of establishment; the sauna is very small and does not heat for long because it only runs one hour...this can be a problem because you must request 30 min in advance for it to heat up, this leaves 30 min remaining...it is at the far end of the property and so if you are not quick you may arrive with only 10-15 min left and then you have to go all the way back to reception to ask them to turn it on again...so it's a bit of a hassle for everyone...

The room didn't have a window and it felt enclosed.

Medieval buildings in town centre. Beautiful furnishings, the nicest hotel room I have ever seen. Nothing
