There was spiders in almost every corner, it was clear that no one had properly cleaned the apartment before we arrived. The cleaning was superficial, it looked ok from far away but if you actually looked in the corners of the rooms, between the radiators, at the bottom of the furniture it was dirty (see photos). We complained about the many many spiders and spider webs and the manager sent their cleaning person the next day who took pictures from far away to "show" that everything was clean. Besides all the spiders there was mosquitos everywhere, we killed at least ten every night before going to sleep. There is a balcony outside the apartment that is very dirty; dirty ashtrays, black on the ground, I think this is also attracting bugs. Besides the dirty state of the apartment and all the bugs the building is not clean, there was dead flies on the stairs and dirty laundry left in a bag (see photo) at the entrance for all the days that we stayed there (we stayed 7 days). There are other people who rent various others rooms in the building who share a kitchen right next to the apartment. Some of these people are very loud and you can hear everything from the apartment. I would not recommend this place. They make it look nice from the photos but the apartment and building are dirty. There are even random holes in the celling (see photo) and there is a gap between the wall and the ceiling, probably another reason bugs get into the apartment.

We stayed here for one night as a family of 4 while in transit. It was excellent value for money, very clean and a fresh smell in the entire place. Smooth pick up of the keys(self check in). However, there were no bed sheets for the sofa and for the its bedding. So the apartment was not usable for 4 people. We actually went looking and we did find some spare sheets in the laundry room on the same floor but I guess we were just lucky. Missing bed sheets

Nice location, quiet area. Advertises itself as a budget hotel, but its actually a shared apartment. No facilities for food, and the fact that theres no restaurants nearby doesn't help either.

the guy was friendly and helpful but the whole 'collect a key from a box' idea is very impersonal which I don't particularly like. TV service was good via a fire stick...means I could log on to Netflix or Amazon, but all other channels were only in german. lack of privacy due to poor window coverage, no shower gel and the liquid hand soap was watered down. Shower was OK but not as hot as I would like. Fridge was very noisy in the bedroom. All instructions for everything were only in German, so not really catering for the international visitor. Only places to eat were a greek, which was fully booked or a Chinese, which didn't look great and only had german menu's. I chose to buy something from the supermarket and eat in my room. I did stay when there was a large fair on so it may not be as expensive or full in restaurants on other dates. The room was really cold as the radiator was turned off, but it did heat up within 30 mins or so. The bathroom was freezing and only had an electric heater, so not ideal.

good location for the fair, only 10 minutes away, the owner was very kind. No hair drier and no shower gel / shampoo in the rooms, old furnitures
