Sample,caldera view is wonderful ,staff is very helpful and supportive ,Manager is very energetic and helpful . The electricity was off for a long time twice during our 3 day stay . But I knew it is general out of their hands .

Amazing views of the Caldera and beautiful architecture. The location is perfect in Imerovigli between Fira and Oia, not as touristy as the other towns, a beautiful and quiet place to stay at. The staff is really nice and helpful!

The ocean view from the room is great. Lack of privacy, because the trait to Oia is right in front of our room, so it is noise all day started early morning. Also, you will expect to climb some stairs to get to the hotel's pool. Bath room is small, the entire bath room floor is wet after taking a shower. obvious wind noise coming thru windows and door during windy nights. Also, The host charged us $30 Euro (must pay in cash) for City tax although our Total cost with Booking.com included all taxes.

Location - The sunset and sea views were amazing - The hotel was along the trail from Fira to Oia on the caldera! The desk clerk was helpful in arranging transportation. We had the room beside the pool so had water noises through the night and chirping insects woke me early every morning - so bring earplugs. There were 109 stairs to our room so be prepared.

The view is incredible! The rooms were lovely and it feels so private. The pool area is amazing and even better than the photos. The area is quiet with lots of great restaurants and perfectly situated for the hike to Oia. The breakfast was just ok considering the price. The option to make a coffee in the room would be a nice touch.

It's been 2 weeks since my stay at the Afroessa and I'm still dreaming of it. As soon as I entered the gate to the property, I thought "I should have extended my stay here." It was, hands down, the best decision I made about my trip to Santorini. The property is beautiful, the caldera views are fabulous, and my stay was truly restorative-- exactly what I was hoping this vacation would be. Thank you, Eddie and the rest of the Afroessa staff.

What an amazing way to spend our time in Santorini! A beautiful view to wake up to each morning with. The hot tub was needed after the walk to Oia. What an amazing property with spectacular views.

Everyone and everything was magical

I will start with saying that we were received very warmly from Eddie and the staff during our check in as well as during our stay. The hotel has very good sea view and a pool with sea view. Our room was cozy with a lovely view perhaps better than the sunset view from the famous Oia Village. That we could not stay longer however we plan to come back and refer our friends to come here.

Perfect location! Quiet and charming!

The hotel is a little difficult to find, google maps location isn't 100% correct. Had to ask for directions from another hotel. There really isn't any signage at the entrance, there is a mention of "Afroessa" inside of the complex near the entrance but you have to really be looking for it.

Incredible views perfect location and right for the price! We absolutely loved it, the pool is wonderful! Just gorgeous.
