I love it!!! All is Amazing

Nothing The reception staff were not professional, and I found the manager to be dishonest in handling our concerns. Our overall experience was very disappointing. The towels were old, worn, and appeared unclean. The hotel itself felt outdated and in need of renovation. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety and quality. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The amenities in the room were not 5 star quality. Pillows were thin and mattress was uncomfortable.

Everything about this Hotel was amazing. The shuttle, food, location, rooms, and breakfast. But most of all, the staff. TOP NOTCH. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I believe her name was Penny. Chef's kiss, she was the best. Nothing to complain about.

Varieties of foods Location a little bit far from everything, you have to rent a car or take a taxi which is expensive

I could not believe the level at which I would be taken care of when I booked this place. I was able to be checked in early and was properly shown all of the facilities (Thanks Penny). While waiting I was able to get a coffee a look at the sea, what an enchanting view. After a very small wait - I was lead to my room. Once I went in I was mesmerized! The bathtub was like my very own spa tub! I obviously spent a lot of time there. The room had AC, comfortable bedding and a balcony with the best view ever. The pool beach chairs seemed very new. The breakfast was the best and most fresh buffet I have eaten while on vacation. Their entire menu was suitable for all diets! The food was well seasoned and delicious. Unfortunately I caught a cold from the wind and cold water in the sea but little did I know they would nurse me back to health. Special thanks to Dimitri's, Johanna and Maria at the front desk. They fed me and gave me chamomile tea, honey and lemon. Being a solo traveler Im used to taking care of myself but this was outstanding. Thanks for making this place feel like a home in paradise. I will be returning and telling all of my tech colleagues about this place. Thank you all so much! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Bad

The view from the room is breathtaking. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is superb. The most important thing is that the staff is very helpful and kind. We only stay 1 night.

Every things were perfect

Excellent gym. Breakfast was delicious and varied with lots of Greek specialties. Evening dining was pricy but very good quality Pool was too cold to use out of session. Spa was closed as out of season

The room I was given was NOT what I booked on the website didn’t match what I was given..False advertisement! Due to earthquakes the hotel wasn’t accommodating to refund because we checked out early for our SAFETY

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Very friendly and super helpful staff. An excellent and generous breakfast buffet. The dinner menu was varied and delicious. The location for us was ideal; we love to walk so from here we were able to walk to all parts of the island. We definitely recommend and would stay here again
